Doubles No 1's??

Hi

Does anybody have a list of all the women who have been ranked number one in doubles in the open era and the dates they first reached the top. I know the rankings didn't start until 1984 when Martina N was the first one to hold it. I've looked all over but can only find those players ranked number one in singles.

not going to list them all but i know Lindsay was number 1 in doubles
