Hmmmmmmm let's see who Tokyo will console this year with a win to the player who had a disappointing Australian Open.

This Tokyo event has embraced Martina Hingis a couple of times when she lost a heartbreaking Australian Open final (2000 and 2002). This tournament also was a consolation price for Lindsay Davenport (2001 and 2003).

Will Tokyo give Lindsay a crying shoulder once more, or will Tokyo find a new darling to console in Venus Williams:angel: :lick:

Prolly Lindsay. She is just so dominant indoors, I really don't know who can stop her in this draw.

I'd say Lindsay or Venus but probably venus just because Lindsay loves indoors and vee doesnt and vee still might have a little rust
