I know this is men's tennis, but this is cause to celebrate. :woohoo:

Will be tomorrow afternoon. Just hope they don't replay his match tomorrow night then.

I'm glad because that Roddick-Dent match is going to be soooo boring. For the people who say Roddick is all serve, Dent really is all serve.

Now, Roddick/Dent I'd like to see... the first 2 scrubs I couldn't care about.

You must think Andy is going to lose.

Not until at least the SF. ;)
Not everyone hates Andy, remember.

Maybe they'll show Andre, and if he goes quickly as usual, then they'll show Lindsay! I would be so happy...

This is great news!! I was actually wondering what I'd be watching tonight since I figured that Roddick would be playing.
Kind of curious, myself, as to who they would be showing tonight?!?! Maybe Henin-Hardenne/Kuznetsova?

Wouldn't surprise me to see Safin-Martin...

They could also throw Blake in to piss us off.

There may be a mention of Lindsay, also.

I'd take Safin/Martin with not much complaint.
Of course, my perspective is different that you guys'.... I have no clear favorite playing on the women's side. So I sorta switch teams.

well if you don't get Roddick tonight, guess what we're getting tomorrow afternoon:haha: my guess is Agassi and Justine for tonight

I actually wouldn't mind seeing Safin-Martin either. I want to see how Marat is playing. Plus, unibrow man has to be retiring soon.

I doubt we'll see this match though, since Todd likes having 5-setters... and ESPN won't have time since they have to show all of Andre's match, then interview him, and spend 15 minutes talking how great he is, 30 minutes in promos about Roddick's match tomorrow, and another 15 minutes talking about how great Roddick is.

Why is Roddick not playing. I thought he was playing the night match in the Aussie

Do y'all think maybe the considerable # of complaints sent on the first and 2nd day when they showed Roddick again had anything to do with them electing to show him only once? :hehehe:

for-sure

I actually wanted to see Roddick vs. Dent as I love to see Andy lose! ;)

Roddick and Dent has the makings of the one of the best matches of the tournament. Taylor Dent is great to watch play tennis. He attacks, attacks, attacks and forces his opponents to come up with great passing shots. I think he's got a real shot at beating Roddick. I think most tennis fans will be excited to see this one! I'm going to stay off the Internet tomorrow, so I can watch it firsthand and not know the result!

You must enjoy watching unreturnable serves.

Taylor Dent is great to watch play tennis. He attacks, attacks, attacks and forces his opponents to come up with great passing shots.

After he hits a 130 MPH serve, and a weak return comes.

The three matches that were advertised on espn for tonight are the Agassi match, the Blake match and the Davenport match. I doubt that they'll really get around to showing all three of them but you can put money on them showing the Agassi match no matter what.

OMG... they're actually showing the Blake match over Justine/Sveta.

I figured ESPN would, because he's playing a qualifier, and they know he'll win.

I feel so sorry for you guys. The Andy-a-ton must be a bitch to endure.
The coverage is the best I've seen since moving here.

Believe it or not the intro to today's featured matches and stars with
slow mo action shots did not feature or name Andy Roddick despite
his match being shown later on in the night session!!!!!!!

The intro featured "Justine HH, Lindsay Davenport, the Pride of Asia-
Paradorn, Marat Safin-the giant Russian, and Andre Agassi". It ended
with another slow mo action shot of Justine.

Andy who??????????

:haha:

Andre-Enqvist could be a good match.

For the first time all week, I feel inclined to watch

But, even though Enqvist leads the head-to-head... the ESPN "experts" say Agassi will win in 3 easy sets... no challenge whatsoever.

I hope they don't show Blake crushing the qualifier...
