Rtael Jan 21st, 2004, 11:24 PM miles? alexusjonesfan Jan 21st, 2004, 11:28 PM miles?about 152mph :p That's nothing, last year, at this very same tournament, Patty hit a serve at 169mph (273km/h) must be something about living in the alps eh? ;) PointBlank Jan 21st, 2004, 11:30 PM Fast :p ~ The Leopard ~ Jan 21st, 2004, 11:38 PM  Rtael Jan 21st, 2004, 11:41 PM wow  fammmmedspin Jan 21st, 2004, 11:45 PM Schiavone was equal with Serena in service speeds last year in a match (110 mph) but today is not the day for her to break service records - according to the stats her serve today is either sick, injured or asleep. May be its the early start as she improved in the last 3 games........doubt if her serve improved that much though! GoDominique Jan 21st, 2004, 11:51 PM Didn't we have 900 km/h serves at one of the recent slams ? :o azza Jan 22nd, 2004, 12:06 AM :o lol Joana Jan 22nd, 2004, 12:10 AM There must be something about Patty. 2 years ago she managed to volley on return against Amelie and last year she beat herself at one tournament 6-1 6-0. :worship: cometz9 Jan 22nd, 2004, 12:15 AM WOW, 151mph  thats even faster than Roddick's fastest serve so far at AO at 140mph. I don't think she can hit harder than him  . I highly doubt it, must be something wrong with the site i think. TheBoiledEgg Jan 22nd, 2004, 12:17 AM Didn't we have 900 km/h serves at one of the recent slams ? :o yep and the next one he did was 650ish and it was Gianluca Pozzi or Clavet darrinbaker00 Jan 22nd, 2004, 12:21 AM about 152mph :p That's nothing, last year, at this very same tournament, Patty hit a serve at 169mph (273km/h) must be something about living in the alps eh? ;) Either that, or Francesca paid a visit to Greg Rusedski's physician..... ;) ~ The Leopard ~ Jan 22nd, 2004, 12:54 AM Some of those serves must almost be causing sonic booms. I mean, like, 900 kph... That's getting close to the speed of sound. I wonder whether anyone will break the sound barrier at the Oz. ;) | |
