Just finished reading it. It's a must read for anyone that likes historical suspense thrillers. I could not put it down at all.

What were your opinions of it? Also, what Brown said in his book a bout the Holy Grail, Mary Magdelene, the Bible, the Opus Dei and the Priory of Sion - is it based on fact? Or is it simply fiction?

I read it, I liked it a lot, but apparently a lot of what he said was either very much stretched from the truth or just completely false. The Priory does exist , or did, but hasn't been undeniably linked to Da Vinci et. al.
and the stuff about Mary and the grail is a serious theory but there's not as much avidence for it as he protrayed in the book.
