But there is no R16, nor a QF round because of the Round Robin system, right?

I don't think it's right.
With the ATP they get points for their Round Robin and the winner of the Round Robin and also if they are unbeaten to go the SF they get extra points.
So those points you gave per4ever, are those from last year.
Now it's a new system, so there has to be new points

SF: 218
QF: 121

Each Player recieves 121 pts for Showing up.
Each Player earns respective Quality points for each victory in the Round-Robin Series.

Example:

Group 1 has players has these players:

Henin-Hardenne
Mauresmo
Myskina
Sugiyama

Henin wins all 3 matches: Recieving 218 + 43+43+35=339

She then Defeats Capriati in the Semi = 339 + 122 + 50 = 511

Then she Defeats Clijsters in the Final= 511 + 145 + 100= 756 pts for the Tournament

If I may use your grouping as an example the second pool would have
Kim
Capriati
Venus
Dementieva.

If the semis should shape up to have Justine and Mauresmo and Kim and venus, then would justine have to play Venus and Kim mauresmo? that is the higher ranked in each group vs the lower ranked. My question is, what happens if both Justine and Mauresmo win their matches, do they get to play each other again in the finals?

It would be:
Player 1 in Group A v Player 2 in Group B
Player 1 in Group B v Player 2 in Group A

So the players who finish 1 & 2 in either group could play in the final if they won there semi's.

If a group has 2 or more players on 2 wins 1 loss, then placings are decided by sets.
