Doubles Qualifying 1st Round SENKINA, Dina (RUS)/TURNER, Rebecca (AUS) def JIZI, Sabine (LEB/JABRA, Sandrine (LEB) 6-1,6-2 She plays MILLER, Anna (AUT)/MUCI, Mariana (VEN) next for a place in the main draw In Singles Qualifying a couple of late entries saw her slip to the 6th seeded position. She had a BYE in the 1st round, then lost to Ana Abramovic 6-1 6-0 in the final round of qualifying. She is top of the 'next in' list if a Lucky Loser position opens up in the main draw. I hope she gets a chance. It was a gutsy move to travel all the way to Lebanon from Sydney in the first place. I think that is probably whey she didn't sign in for dubs LL. I heard she arrived home on Friday and isn't in a very good way. I also heard that she is going to lie low for a while get better and concentrate on getting her confidence up as she's taking her single losses very badly.
