doubt it..with coal as one of their biggest exports and a cheap source of electricity..... doubt theyd wanna become an economic 'martyr'!
and theyre backing the Bush stance on kyoto...not unless developing states put in their effort , our govt. prsent or future wont sacrifice economic growth..

When will people learn? The governments will do whatever the majority of the people demand... They're there to get the votes... Quite frankly most people just don't care! ---> that's the problem.
