They ain't pretty guys!

117 Seda Noorlander -1
225 Kristie Boogert -26 (more off this week, so will drop)
238 Elise Tamaela +3
248 Anousjka van Exel +1 (points off this week, will drop)
375 Tessy van de Ven +26 (the one shining light for the fortnight! This is her highest ever ranking) :yippee: :bounce:
382 Marielle Hoogland -17
390 Andrea van den Hurk +3
398 Michelle Gerards +5
409 Lotty Seelen +12
416 Jolanda Mens +12
510 Suzanne van Hartingsveldt -11
525 Kim Kilsdonk -21
766 Domi van Boekel +9
792 Kika Hogendoorn +17
842 Pauline Wong +36 (well that's also good) :D
1059 Kristel van den Tillaart -99  (she'll have no ranking next week)

Roll on Michaela - the Dutchies need a great player again! Marielle's having a shocker of a year. Jolanda's dropped heaps, but she hasn't played much this year. Tessy's had a fairly good year, but she's not getting any younger! Would be nice to see her in the top 300 by the end of the year, but I very much doubt it! Michelle is so up and down in the rankings, same with Suzanne. They go up for a couple of weeks, then drop back. So it's just like they are staying the same really. It's so sad! One Dutchie in the top 200. Next week it'll just be two in the top 250 (Seda and Elise, because Anousjka will surely drop out as she isn't defending her points).

This looks pretty sad indeed, but I'm still trying to stay positive...
Michaella is coming, and hopefully fast! Elise is doing well, if she can keep her results up she should at least be able to maintain her ranking - top 250. Seda hasn't had a bad year either.

It's just the last generation (Seda, Kristie, Amanda, I'll count Michelle in although she's a lot younger than them and I haven't written her off yet) never quite fulfilled their prospects, they really could have been higher than they've been! Or at least be where they were for longer!

It'd be really nice to see Michelle and Tessy move up more. They have had some promising results, butdon't seem to be getting anywhere! I guess for the moment, those two and Elise look like the only ones who are gonna get anywhere. I dunno what the hell happened to Marielle. She was up near 250 at the end of last year and then it's just falling apart.

maybe his/her point is that the rankings aren't that bad?

Yeah, the mens rankings are more than ok, but the womens rankings are bad
