Can Jen do a Sampras?

It has been too long between titles for Jen. Her last being the AO 2001. Pete never won anything from Wimbledon 2000 and won USO 2002. Jen could just do somehing similar.
Yes I know she has barely beaten anyone in the top ten, but before AO 2002 she had barely won another title since the FO the previous year. She seems to have more fight in her now than she did most of last year. I will also acknowldege that Kim and Justine are definitely playing better than she is, but so were the williams, lindsay and seles when she won the AO last year. My point is anything can happen and the draw could open up for her just like it did last year. If she wins, i will not be surprised.

Jen has just as good a chance as anyone else here. most of the top ten women are carrying/getting over some sort of niggling injury so she's not really at a disadvantage with the fact she's had a break due to her shoulder injury. the last tournie she won she had her thighs strapped, there were no Willies in the tournie that she had to meet, and it was a hardcourt! ;)
