I was watching Mardy Fish vs. (??? don't even remember at this point) on Tv on Thursday, when the lights went out, and I was wondering if anyone knew about Cincinatti or Toronto having any problems because of the blackout.

many players were late for their 1st round quali matches in New Haven and some of them (the word is Farina Elia and Pisnik) lost luggage on their way from Canada.

Official bus left players at Bronx...
The players (20 or so) had to walk back to their hotels in Manhattan...
Akiko Morigami said it took them for 2 1/2hrs walk!!

I heard they could play in Toronto but that the scoreboards weren't working.

Cincinatti and Mason Ohio (where Mardy was playing) were just fine, I watched Roddick vs Blake that night. :)
