would you like to see this....so that all TOP 50 players can be seeded,
the only difference is to pit #17-24 players against #41-48
and pit 25-32 against 33-40 players in the second round,

this way, you can have more matches with the underdog,
and preserve good matches longer.....
and all TOP players will be devoid of upsets to
setup high quality 4R/QF/SF/F plays....

so would you like to see this?

No. I think, the 32 System is ok.
48 seeded players are too much.

The 32 seed system is fine.

I don't want the 16 seed system back.

DOn't take this the wrong way, but you should be shot for even suggesting 48 seeds. 32 is WAY too many as it is.

why...i thought the TOP 50 should get the recognition they need,
would you want to see Laura facing Clijsters in US Open opening round?
and who wants to see Barbara taking out Venus again..
so i think the more seeds, the better...
what's exactly wrong with this system?

I'm thinking 34 seeds is ideal. Or maybe 40. Of course, I can see an argument for 26 seeds as well.

Only 1 seed would be fun too
