Yesterday, I went to Burger King. There was this fat, dirty, middle-aged biker guy just standing by the door. From the moment I get out of the car, he stares at me. When I go in, he follows me into the restaraunt and sits down in a booth - HE DOESN'T EVEN ORDER! I ran into an old co-worker and he stares at me the whole time I order, talk, wait for my food, until I leave. I was afraid that he was going to follow me home (I've had that happen to me before).

in situations like this, its best to act confident and bitchy. its been said that in most rape cases, the predator usually goes after a girl that isnt paying much attention, head to the ground, shoulders slumping, lacking confidence, etc.

Oh I had the same kind of thing happening to me in a McDonald's (go figure) in Italy. A guy suspiciously looking like a member of "Kiss" (with the same make up) stared at me for a couple of minutes without saying anything, then made a movement as if he was picking something on the floor and left.

There is a creepy man who lives across from my apartment and I'm sure he looks in through my window sometimes. Today, he was outside and from the minute I drove up he was staring and continued to stare as I headed inside. I just had a serious face and didn't even even attempt to smile.

I go to a gay club in Newcastle called the powerhouse and I went into the toilets on sat nite to find like 12 guys at the urinals and all were jerkin themselves off while lookin at each other. i thought that was pretty disgusting cuz they were all ugly as hell!

Next time use the drive-thru...at least you can make a get away if somebody comes up to you.

But if you go into one of those places, then look tough and mean. And walk fast! That can really intimidate people.

For me, it wasn't the staring (though that can be annoying), it's the fact that the guy followed me into the building and sat down that completely creeped me out. I didn't know what to do so I just pretended as if he wasn't there and acted like normal.

The time that I got followed home, the guy turned out to be an alright guy who just had questionable social skills, but it freaked me out at the time.

Fantastic

Things like that can happen anywhere, so just be cautious and avoid eye contact. The best thing to have done was to have told your friend or the manager of the Burger King what you suspected was happening. They would have kept an eye on the guy for you and possibly have him on the surveillance cameras.
