the chocolate bars here are disgusting now, they put too much sugar in and i get a headache eating one. british candy is probably the best quality

I think for everyday candy you're probably right. The Germans make some good stuff, too.

Specialty candy/expensive candy I think every country has it's own good stuff, just like beer.
