As far as Kim is concerned, it's practically in her back yard. Furthermore, in previous year's Lleyton competed in the men's event ;)

Because Belgium and Holland are neighbouring countries and the Belgians can get very easily to Rosmalen to cheer on them. Belgium and the Netherlands are also very closely connected: Flanders speaks the same language, we were united once.

So it's nice to play there. It's almost a home match.

Cause Rosmalen is known for their best off-court support. They have the best medical team and kinesist etc. Their grass fields are perfect.

henin and co said this 2 years ago. That all this was very important when you make the switch to grass. The post-match treat was the reason why she choice the tourney

Their grass fields are perfect.

So the Spaniards are right after all : grass is for cows! ;)

Anyway, the grasscourts in England are of better quality IMO.

I agree, most of the players say the grass courts in England are much better

Well Rafter did come to Rosmalen because the grass was great to prepare for Wimbledon and Hewitt followd his advice. So I don't thik it's that bad.

Did you guys now that the grass in Wimbledon comes from Holland? ;)
