RAA Jun 16th, 2003, 04:22 PM hmm a match up of two talented women who are both in a bit of a slump... will be interesting to see how it goes... nikita771 Jun 16th, 2003, 04:25 PM That's definitely good news for Alex. Hopefully, she can string together a few wins. I've been so disappointed lately. It's nice to hear some positive results coming forth. baleineau Jun 16th, 2003, 04:53 PM That's definitely good news for Alex. Hopefully, she can string together a few wins. I've been so disappointed lately. It's nice to hear some positive results coming forth. the crime rate is quite low in Eastbourne, hence the victory. She's also likely to play here again. Congratulations Sussex Police. faboozadoo15 Jun 16th, 2003, 04:54 PM Go Dani!!!!! Calliope. Jun 16th, 2003, 05:03 PM Alex :bounce:  Good luck :D paul_masterton Jun 16th, 2003, 05:06 PM Alex deserved it. Both girls were serving atrociously. Alex's first serve percentage was 46%, Lucie's was even lower at 42%. Lucei did 5 DF's, Alex 10. Im  for Lucie, she tried so hard, she knew she had to make her serves count, it was risky and it didnt pay off - her 1st serve % is usually in the 70's. Good luck against Alex. If only - Lucie woulda won 40 points from this win taking her into teh top 180 :( Venus Forever Jun 16th, 2003, 05:13 PM GO ALEXANDRA!! :bounce: maccardel Jun 16th, 2003, 06:34 PM this is cause for celebration. Well maybe the laptop missing gives her more time to practice tennis. nikita771 Jun 16th, 2003, 06:41 PM this is cause for celebration. CapFan#1 Jun 16th, 2003, 08:13 PM The Underachiever vs. The Undernourished..... That is fucking funny as hell!!! :worship: SerialKiller#69 Jun 19th, 2003, 09:56 AM lol Dani knows how to beat her. Andy_ Jun 19th, 2003, 10:10 AM Stevenson was indeed able to win a match... Over Lucie Ahl, n° 214 in the world... pretty impressive  She didn't repeat herself with Hantuchova, though... maybe her philosophy teacher gave her some extra time to hand in her paper on Descartes and she was too focused on her essay to think about tennis... | |
