They would have probably played a three set match with over 250 UE because both of those fine players were really off in their last respective Roland Garros matches.
Momo was plowing almost as many balls into the net in her match with SERENA as VENUS did against the young Russian.
I guess we can be glad that match never came about. :)

Yes TeeRexx, please remind us all that the only reason Venus lost the match was her own unforced errors, really, I don't expect this from you at all. I really, really don't.

TR you're right. Could you imagine? hahahha

And to say Mauresmo "almost" netted as many balls into the net is absurd, we all saw Venus play 20 stroke rallies before commiting the error. I would almost garuntee that half the points played were errors from Amelie on the return, serve, or first shot thereafter.

I guess Serena devastation of Mauresmo has carried a lot of posters back down to earth. Many were predicting her early demise :o .

Zenith - Yep, even if Momo had her "A" game up and running, she would have been crushed. :)
But a match with VENUS and Momo netting all those balls would have been a real horror to watch.
But interesting. :)

That would be an 'entertaining match' in a weird kind of way. :o
