Oh, 47! So, almost the same age as 2003 Slam winner, Martina Navratilova! :)
Well, I hope he does well, because they will have to reach the final for us to get a glimpse on tv. But I don't think Tatiana is up to it. :(

Well, for once, Martina is not the oldest player in the draw ;)

That's amazing, Janie! :D I hope they are a good team. But I think Tatiana Golovin should be playing mixed doubles with Nick Bollettieri! ;)

Actually I was hoping to see Flavio Saretta and Flavia Pennetta team up! :)

Mansour has played mixed a couple of times recently -- never gets past R1. I think he does it just to "fill in" -- he is a great "ham"!

LOL, it would be hard for the umpire to say:

Game, Flavia pennetta and Flavio Saretta!

Sure, but winning THIS exhibition gets you a nice Grand Slam trophy to cherish, a paycheck, and puts your name into tennis history.

It is more of an exhibition but when you get to the semis and finals, it can get competitive and the best players do usually win. :)

Bahrami should play with navratilova ;)

OMG LOL i hope she does not.. This guy yes he is a showman but he is not that great at playing.

Well at least i have seen him play couple of times on the Senior Tour and he is not near to the level of Connors, Mcenroe, Borg...

Mcenroe/Navratilova at Wimbledon would be a dream team...

I like Bahrami. He's pretty funny. :)

Last year in Wimbledon during the men's doubles semifinals, he and his partner won a game and then:

umpire:Game Bahrami

Bahrami:No,no,no, you can't call me that. It's MISTER Bahrami.

Umpire: ...okay...mister Bahrami.

And then in another game, when his partner was serving, he'd sit on a chair under the shade and wait for his partner to get the ball across the net before running back to the court.

Oh, he also does this sometimes:
When serving, he does the ball toss but immedietly hits it with his backhand. I saw him do this against McEnroe and he was FURIOUS when it was an ace. :D

Love this man's antics. :D
