Twenty-five-year-old Amanda is a medical technician at a hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She loves to read and listen to music. Amanda describes herself as "very emotional, helpful and compassionate." She comes across as sweet and innocent, but underneath she is a tough, foul-mouthed girl. While Chris tends to be negative, she tends to be positive: good cop, bad cop. Her phobias include spiders, elevators and fear of the dark. Amanda has never traveled outside the United States, but is very excited about the prospect of experiencing new countries and cultures.

Chris is 28 years old and works as a freelance graphic designer in Sioux Falls. He is very self-deprecating in his humor, calling himself "abominable, cantankerous and obnoxious." He admits that traveling takes him out of the comfort zone and causes some nervousness. He also has a fear of heights and is leery of flying. He's a perfectionist and tends to be overly critical. During the Race, he plans not only to make fun of the other contestants, but he will also "scheme, betray, plot and backstab more than any other contestant." At the same time, Chris says, Amanda will make peace with the other contestants so as not to upset too many people.

Thirty-two-year-old David is an entrepreneur with an MBA from the University of Miami. Currently he is an executive and owner of a marketing agency. Past jobs include selling medical devices and working as a personal trainer. He had a football scholarship in college and speaks Spanish well. David describes himself as "ambitious, loyal and passionate," and one of his favorite hobbies is working out. He loves traveling, especially to big cities. He has a fear of heights. David respects President George Bush because thinks he's a great leader. David admits he is crazier than his teammate. He says he's in the Race for the fun, the money and most of all the challenge.

Jeff is a commercial real estate broker and residential developer. He is 37 and describes himself as "goal-oriented, and grounded." He also thinks of himself as a romantic who is looking forward to the day when he can settle down and start a family. He loves to surf, run and paint artistically. He sets high expectations for himself and those around him, which are often difficult to achieve. He sometimes has a fear of heights. Jeff is definitely more reserved than David. Jeff was disappointed in David once for hitting on his girlfriend. A fistfight ensued, but they eventually made peace. The accomplishment he is most proud of is retaining Marvin Davis as a client and representing him in the negotiation and subsequent lease agreement with 20th Century Fox.

May 19th, 2003, 04:41 PM

Twenty-eight-year-old Reichen is a pilot and teaches at a flight school in Los Angeles. A former US Air Force officer and a graduate of the US Air Force academy, he is married to his teammate Chip. He loves skiing and flying and is very into being physically fit. He describes himself as "detail-oriented, caring and thrill-seeking." He speaks French and has traveled internationally quite a bit. Reichen's views on relationship are much more liberal than Chip's -- He enjoys flirting with other guys, but that makes Chip upset. Reichen likens himself to Ben Affleck--"intense"--and says Chip is like Bruce Willis: "steady and true." Reichen says he never procrastinates; he gets things done NOW.

Chip is 36 years old and is an active consultant raising financing and setting up projects in film, music, and multi-media around the world. He attended Yale and Harvard Business School. He loves hiking in the mountains and participating in triathlons." He describes himself as "determined, free thinking and mindful." He says he is like Winston Churchill: "steady…never say no; anything is possible." Chip lived in Hong Kong for three years, in Paris for six months and in London for two years. He is in great physical shape.

May 19th, 2003, 04:45 PM

Russell is a 32-year-old model/actor/entrepreneur who describes himself as hilarious and a leader. He loves the adventure of traveling and greatly dislikes losing or failing at anything. He admits he talks a lot, but that he has an ability to get everyone involved. People say he looks like Mel Gibson, but he says he's like the TV character McGyver because he gets things done. He calls Cindy "a female film character James Bond." He is always on the go and cannot stand not to be doing anythingl He claims to be very intuitive, which can be a great gift or a pain in the butt. About his going on the Race with Cindy, Russell declares, "Some people may know their partners better, but that may be what makes us so great to watch: the unknown or X factor."

Cindy is 39 years old and describes herself as a former supermodel and currently, an inventor. She loves to jet ski, play pool and write stories. She describes herself as "loyal, playful and spontaneously adventurous to the point of insanity." She insists on winning; quitting is not an option. Because of her Irish background and being passionate about life, Cindy must blow off steam, and she does so by telling the person off right to their face. She and Russell debate things constantly. She admits that both of them can get a little jealous, and adds, "Russell more than me." Cindy has lived in other countries, such as Japan, Germany, Paris, Ireland and Indonesia. She says she has always had a fantasy of being in a "Jewel of the Nile" situation with a man and hopes THE AMAZING RACE would be that. She says she has a great deal of respect for Russell and that he has never disappointed her. But, she says, both have been so busy that they have had difficulty spending long periods of time together.

Millie, 29, works as an Environmental Teacher at the Tennessee Aquarium and describes herself as a motivated, fun, daredevil/adventurer with no fears, except for mayonnaise: she hates the stuff. She holds a BA in Communication Arts from Bryan College in Dayton, Tennessee, and his lived in Taiwan, teaching English, and traveled to Israel and Russia. Speaks French, conversational Chinese and some Russian. Millie was once on the Tonight Show after Leno bumped into her and her roommate and asked them to "say stupid Baywatch lines in our shower--in bikinis--which we did," so she has a wild side somewhere deep down. She enjoys volleyball, water skiing, rollerblading, snorkeling and swimming, and blows off steam by running, talking (or fighting) with Chuck, praying, and reading the Bible. Millie believes her man Chuck is "hotter than Brad Pitt." On the downside, her man can also be too "anal and meticulous." Millie admits that she's bad with money, too often speaks before she thinks, and that they're both afraid to commit.

Chuck, 28, a self-employed Tennessean, has most recently worked as a valet, hauler, construction worker and personal trainer. A physically active guy, Chuck holds a BS in Exercise Science from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga, and enjoys playing tennis and skiing. Chuck likes traveling, but has only been to Mexico and Canada. He speaks no foreign languages. Self-described as being "random, deliberate and kind." His only fears while traveling are "criminals if I had to sleep outside." Considers himself slower than his teammate, Millie, whom he says is "more fearless" and "less thoughtful" than himself. Chuck tries to remain calm under pressure or if upset, but admits to having a "unique pouting manner."

May 19th, 2003, 04:56 PM

Monica, 29, and a mother of two, was once an Indianapolis Colts cheerleader and holds a BA in Journalism from Indiana University, Indianapolis. She enjoys "tennis, acting and watching movies" and considers herself "outgoing, fun-loving and very competitive." She fears snakes, bugs and rats, and in conversation, "anything gross is off-limits." Monica admits to letting her emotions affect her better judgment. She doesn't like cold climates, understands a little Spanish, and had traveled to Antigua, Jamaica, Puerto Rico and the Bahamas.

Sheree, 31, has three kids and describes herself as "outgoing, friendly and patient" and "loves experiencing new cultures and adventures." Whereas her teammate Monica is completely organized, Sheree says she's the complete opposite. She holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Louisville and has had some college experience in television production. Sheree fears "dangerous animals, reptiles and weird-looking men," and anything is game in conversation for her, "unless bodily fluids are being discussed." She speaks "very little French" and has traveled to Paris, Amsterdam, Spain, the Caribbean and Mexico. Sheree blows off steam with a long bubble bath and a "glass of wine…okay, a bottle," and admits that she trusts people way too much and sometimes gets burned. She adds, "I have short-term will power."

May 19th, 2003, 05:05 PM

"We come across as a sweet, loving couple, but we're not!" Debra, 49, has two grown kids from a previous marriage. They've been married 8½ years, after meeting on a coed softball team Debra "started in order to meet single men." She holds a BA from Northeastern University, an MA from the University of Oklahoma, and is currently director of an artist's colony. Debra considers herself "bawdy, outgoing and driven," and enjoys walking, painting and traveling. She has struggled with depression after the recent and untimely deaths of her parents, aunts and uncles, best man and maid of honor, who "drove off the I-40 bridge to their deaths." She's afraid of "heights and dark waters," and sometimes has trouble with her husband/teammate's devotion to his work: she gets jealous. Debra blows off steam by cleaning the house, and admits that she can be a "controlling and dominating know-it-all." She speaks no foreign languages, but has traveled to France, Mexico and Canada. She refuses to eat fish, according to Steve. She's outgoing and pushes boundaries, while Steve is more cautious and reserved, and "always follows the rules." Says Debra, "I raised money for opera in Oklahoma. I think I can do anything."

"We can be sneaky, snide and devious," says Steve, 40, a radio news director. He jokingly claims that he met Debra through "The Great Softball Conspiracy" perpetrated by his wife, but considers their wedding the most exciting moment of his life. His wife/teammate reminds him of Bonnie Hunt. Steve holds a BA from the University of Scranton. He describes himself as "fun, smart and deceptive," but regrets that "sometimes I let opportunities slip through my hands." Steve speaks no foreign languages and has traveled to Canada, Mexico, France, Germany and Belgium. He counts "people skills" among his finer traits.

May 19th, 2003, 05:19 PM

Jon, 40, is married with three children, and lists his current occupation as "Human Cannonball" for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus. He has traveled with them for the past 20 years and has over 5,000 notches in his cannonball belt. He graduated from Suffolk Community College and has also studied at the Disney Institute and Clown College. Jon is determined to win. He fears "getting into an accident and not being able to support his family." Jon enjoys golf, cooking and watching sports, and describes himself as "friendly, honest and ambitious." He speaks no foreign languages and has traveled to Mexico and Canada. His teammate, Al, most disappoints him with his "lack of trust before performing together. Al gets so nervous he drives me crazy every time." Jon admits that he procrastinates and is a "go-with-the-flow type," while Al "gets stressed out." Of his clowning skills, Jon says, "If I can pick it up, I can balance it on my nose/chin."

Al, 34, currently works as a substitute teacher and as a cruise ship entertainer. He holds a BA in Special Education. Al is a "people person" and no stranger to traveling. When in the circus, he lived on a train for six years traveling the US, in a trailer for 1½ years in Europe and on a cruise ship for two years in the Caribbean. He has been to the UK, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Russia, Estonia, Morocco, France Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Czechoslovakia. He considers himself "friendly, determined, outgoing, compassionate and emotional." He fears heights and eating "yecchy things," getting sick with no help, or "getting stuck in a life-threatening situation with no way out." The only time his teammate, Jon, disappoints him is when he doesn't follow through with things. Jon will be "Mr. Nice Guy," and they'll get "screwed" because he doesn't "bluntly explain what the deal is." They sometimes argue, but if he's upset, Al usually gets quiet first, or he'll go off "alone and just scream out loud or have a good cry." Al's the motivator, while Jon can "waste time."

May 19th, 2003, 05:23 PM

Forty-seven-year-old Steve is a supervisor at a juvenile detention facility in Santa Barbara. His biggest accomplishment is his 22-year marriage to Karen. He is a big fan of THE AMAZING RACE, and when Karen challenged him to go on the show with Josh, it all became clear: father and son needed this trip together. Plus, according to Steve, Josh is really smart and in great physical shape. Steve went to Los Angeles to talk with Josh about it, and found him camped out on Hollywood Boulevard (he had been there for days) waiting for the newest Star Wars movie to premiere. According to Steve, Josh was ecstatic when he asked him to be his teammate on the Race. Since then, Steve has been training by walking miles with a backpack every day. He likens himself to Andy Griffith on Mayberry RFD. He loves to eat, and wishes he had more willpower not to. He and Josh share a love of comic books, and Josh turned him on to building superhero models. He prides himself on being a good negotiator and on being able to bullshit through anything."

Josh, 21, is a computer technician and is attending a junior college. His hobbies include skateboarding, music and meeting new people. He describes himself as "different, free and happy." When he was younger, Josh raised steers for the Ventura County Fair and won a prize for a bull-calf. He lists this as an accomplishment he is very proud of, along with the fact that he once ate an entire bowl of butter for a dollar and never threw up. Josh is disappointed that until recently, his relationship with his father was so bad that he missed out on a lot. He has a mischievous side and loves to "stir things up." He and his dad share a "messed up sense of humor" and are both very stubborn, but comfortable with themselves. In terms of differences, Josh says, "My old man is soooo conservative it often times drives me insane. I am the polar opposite. My liberal ways are a complete 180 degrees from the way my father intended to raise me." This father/son team should be very interesting to watch make their way around the world!

May 19th, 2003, 05:26 PM

Forty-six-year-old Steve is an air traffic controller at the busy Chicago Center in Chicago, Illinois. He is a big fan of THE AMAZING RACE and has always wanted to be on the show. He has traveled quite a bit, especially recently, when he went to Russia with his wife and adopted his daughter, Olivia, which he describes as the most exciting moment in his life. He is fascinated by different countries and cultures. He loves watching Andy Griffith marathons on TV and eating pepperoni pizza for breakfast. He loves golf, bowling, movies and Chicago sports. He describes himself as "large, funny and friendly," and compares himself to actor John Candy.

Dave is 43 and works with Steve as an air traffic controller. He has been married four times and his children are grown; in fact, he is a grandfather. He loves woodworking and bowling and is a big fan of reality TV. He describes himself as "funny, outgoing and persevering." He compares himself to Woody Allen and Cosmo Kramer. He doesn't know any foreign languages, but can swear in Spanish. He is a perfectionist, and that makes it tough to be overweight. His biggest upset was when he and Steve made an operational error together at work, causing two planes to get too close (four miles). They were both decertified and had to go through retraining together. He wants to go on THE AMAZING RACE primarily for the competition and believes he and Steve will do very well.

May 19th, 2003, 05:29 PM

Tian is an model/actress/singer who "needs to be the center of attention," according to her teammate, Jaree. Tian likes to skydive, surf, stunt-drive and jump horses, adding that she's "fearless, wild and adventurous." She also has one of the highest IQs of all contestants, though she's only completed "some college." She lived in Paris for six months, has traveled to Switzerland, France, Spain, Colombia, Trinidad, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, St. Tropez and St. Bart's, but speaks no foreign languages. Tian fears sharks and heights, but after having done aerial acrobatics in an L30 Russian Fighter Jet, a fear of heights may not be such an issue. Although these teammates say, "We like to run our mouths, lay out by the pool and check out hot guys," Tian usually doesn't approve of Jaree's choice in men. Jaree has a "more controlling" personality, and Tian is free-spirited and "in it for the adventure."

Jaree is a model/actress who spent eight years traveling for work in Europe and the Middle East. A junior college graduate, she speaks no foreign languages and describes herself as the "outgoing, hyper and adventurous" type. Jaree enjoys water sports, precision driving, and horseback riding. She also loves motorcycles, especially Harley Davidsons, monster trucks and the European Vacation she shared with her teammate, Tian. She was disappointed when she found out that Tian, "likes girls." Jaree got over it, but admits that if Tian ever hit on her, it'd be over between them. Jaree fears cockroaches and being lost. According to her teammate, Jaree is "very controlling."

May 19th, 2003, 05:45 PM

Kelly, 30, has been modeling for the past 10 years. She met her fiancé in a "dive bar" in South Beach, Miami. Kelly admits to being high-strung and obsessive, "athletic, bossy and silly." She enjoys scuba diving, running and traveling, and attended two years of junior college. Kelly and Jon recently had a "bad breakup on their three-year anniversary" over getting married, but since then, they've gotten engaged. Nothing's off limits in conversation. Kelly believes that she "could fit in at the presidential banquet or at a frat party," though Barbara Bush once told her at a VIP Texan party to "stay away from George." She gets motion sickness and fears spiders, bees, heights and sharks.

Originally from New Jersey, Jon, 28, is a real estate agent and has worked as a model and bartender in the past. He's an "all-around good athlete" and graduate of Rutgers University, which he attended on a Lacrosse scholarship. He enjoys skiing and boating and considers himself to be "spontaneous, competitive and funny." Jon claims to have no fears and he often blows off steam by playing football on the beach. He spent some time in Thailand with his teammate and has traveled to Italy, France, Holland, the UK and Portugal. He speaks no foreign languages. Jon describes Kelly as "very sympathetic for others," but admits that one of his pet peeves about himself is that he is extremely critical of other people.

In Malaysia, I get it through AXN.

May 26th, 2003, 01:34 AM
Ok - it's starts this week Friday in Asia,
and Thursday night in the USA.

I'm curious about the gay married couple.
I hope they're really campy, and funny- not
just a boring yuppie gay couple like it looks
in their bio.

I kind of like Chris and Amanda - the totally sweet
looking not well travelled new relationship greenhorns.
The very fact that they rarely travel outside of the
USA get's my sympathy.

I have a hunch that I'll be hating the teams with
so called "part time models". lol.

The football wives team might be interesting.
I bet they'll be really aggressive, and piss off the
other team. hee.

I'm also liking the older married pudgy couple. They seem
like really spacey interesting people with witty

Hating the 2 extremely successful careers team
made up of 2 white guys team. The idealized male
image is annoying already. Hope they do something
sleazy like hit on the chicks from the other teams
to not be so dull.

May 26th, 2003, 02:17 AM
Glad to see many Amazing Race Fans!!! :wavey:

I've only watched Amazing Race 2 and 3 and LOVE THE SHOW! I think it's better than Survivor!

It will be Interesting to see how the NFL wives do. There bios show they are well traveled but can they handle sleeping in an airport instead of Five Star Hotel?!?!?

May 26th, 2003, 01:22 PM
I bet the gay couple would make it far....
Gays usually make a good AM team... :)

May 29th, 2003, 03:32 PM
Wow, I forgot that the first episode is tonight. I haven't seen or heard any promos at all. Then again, everything else on CBS sucks so I wouldn't have been watching to see promos I guess. Hope this season is as good or better than last year's.

May 29th, 2003, 06:25 PM
Yay! AR4 is finally here!

I love this show. Can't wait to hear Phil and his funky accent :)

May 30th, 2003, 01:49 PM
my fave is Millie and Chuck they're so nice!

May 30th, 2003, 02:08 PM
poor Debra and Steve... they're keep falling on snow... but Steve is really sweet when he cried in hotel in Milan...
Nice desicion for Reichen and Chip to share their room...

I dislike Tian and Jaree also Monica and Sheree

May 30th, 2003, 02:16 PM
ooowww... Debra and Steve are so sweet ...

Ted of Teds Tennis
May 30th, 2003, 02:40 PM
I don't know -- I found Not-So-Little Debbie a bit irritating.

Monica and Sheree aren't going to be around very long -- they stupidly went for the Fast Forward despite not being on the last bus.

I find it interesting that of all the bios listed, only the two models don't have their ages listed. :)

And I can't root for Amanda and Chris. It seems Amanda's vocabulary is limited entirely to variations of the F-word.

May 30th, 2003, 03:42 PM
I like how they tried to build drama into the end as to which team would come in last. Did anyone really think that after that couple got passed by those 2 girls (I refuse to call them models), that they would actually pass them back and finish before them? I guess the producers had to try though. The NFL wives are gone next week.

May 30th, 2003, 04:45 PM
glad to already see a mix of *nice* teams and some teams i can't wait to see being booted

May 30th, 2003, 07:24 PM
And I can't root for Amanda and Chris. It seems Amanda's vocabulary is limited entirely to variations of the F-word.

I agree! I didn't realize how fortunate we have been with past teams. I can't stand to watch reality shows when it's just full of beeps!

NFL wives should not have used that fast forward so soon.

I can see the clowns becoming really annoying as the race goes on!

Haven't decided on which team I like.

May 30th, 2003, 07:31 PM
LOVED the clowns.

Tian and Jaree have got. to. to. SOON.

I felt bad for the NFL wives when they got shafted now once, but twice. At least Josh made up for it. Kinda dumb to go for the FF so early though. I agree they will probably go early.

Chip and Reichen....we GET it...you are GAY. Can we hear anything else about you? (not that anything is WRONG with that, lol).

Like Millie and Chuck. Amanda and her potty mouth needs to leave. Chris seems like Zach from last year....pistol-whipped.

Father and son seem cool, as do the old guys, except for the aforementioned ticket scandal.

I can't WAIT for Venice next week. It's one of my favorite cities to dream about visiting :)

May 31st, 2003, 01:25 PM
I liked the NFL wives...but why on earth did they have to get the fast forward this early... I guessed they panicked.

The father and son team seems strong... Even if Josh is a bit annoying!!
The Air Controller seems to old for the race... Or they are really out of shape..

Millie and Chucks reminds me of Jill and Vito :)
Amanda and Chris reminds me of Zach and what's her name... :)

Disliked the Models/the "married" gay couple and the Clowns...

The married couple unfortunately got booted out... Steve is so sweet. :)

Don't understand why the have to label a team....
12 YEARS DATING AND VIRGINS... :) is that even necessary for the viewers to know....:) :) :)

King Aaron
Jun 3rd, 2003, 06:37 PM
Amanda was so funny saying the F word! Lol, I kept on laughing when hearing the beeps .

The NFL wives shouldn't have taken the Fast Forward. It was really a stupid move.

Lol at Josh's comment on Tian and Jaree.

Yeah, my sister kept on saying she doesn't care if they were virgins or not! Lol! :)

Jun 6th, 2003, 04:35 AM
Well the F'kn team lost (Amanda and the other dude)...
I can't believe the NFL wives were the first ones into that party and the second to the last out!

I don't like the married gay couple (LMAO at them holding the doors to the bus station!).... can't believe the models are still in it and the gimpy team (air traffic control guys w/ the bum knee).

I don't remember (in past seasons) this many teams helping each other out and screwing people over so early in the race.

Jun 6th, 2003, 04:48 AM
Well I so love this show!!! I wish good luck to the NFL wives and the gay couple..They were so funny holding doors...

I hate Josh nad his father..I want them to go next...

Jun 6th, 2003, 04:55 AM
Oh this show is great...its like the one thing i watch on tv now...the gay guys are so funny...like holding the handle was gonna do anything

Jun 6th, 2003, 07:12 AM
I really like the show but I wish they would go to new places in every edition. I realize with the war and the concern for the players' safety that certain regions are off limits but there are many countries they haven't visited. Holland, Spain, the Czech Republic, Hungary, the Scandinavian countries, Russia, Ireland, Iceland, Canada and Japan are prime examples.

I still don't have a favorite team yet for TAR4 but I think it's time for an all female team to win but I don't have lots of faith in Tian and Jaree and the NFL wives.

Jun 7th, 2003, 01:28 PM
Yeah.. I totally agree with you Ambrosia...
They should go to more exotic places.... like the Philippines.. :)
Geez.. the fast forward by the air controller was so so easy.... :(

Jun 7th, 2003, 01:37 PM
Yeah.. I totally agree with you Ambrosia...
They should go to more exotic places.... like the Philippines.. :)
Geez.. the fast forward by the air controller was so so easy.... :(

The Philippines is another good example. Guam, Burma and Tahiti are other options.

I'll have a favorite team by next week. I hope. ;)

Jun 7th, 2003, 01:43 PM
Agreed. The locations are kind of dull. There's not
going to be much culture shockers on TAR4.

I don't know why;but that kid with the glasses what's
his name is irksome. He's too smug. I'm kind of
glad that Amanda/Chris lost. Amanda was getting to
be a "Flo" type contestant. All that swearing and
whining!! Grrrrrr.

My favorites teams so far are the NFL moms and
Russell/Cindy. I bet Russell/Cindy won't get
married, nor win. lol. She reminds me of Sela Ward
for some reason. If they get married I bet he'll fool
around and have an affair. Cindy seems to nice.

The Bimbo team are entertaining. Dumb and Dumber?
It was funny how they beat the other teams doing
all the tasks.

I never liked clowns as a child. The Clown team are soooo
annoying. Enuff with the routines already!! I guess we
should all count our blessings that there wasn't a

Hey greenout

did u watch the AXN version or the Mediacorp 5 version of the Race? Apparently, the Mediacorp 5 version has been censored so that all references to Reichen and Chip being gay have been edited out. The only reference is the little thing at the bottom of their names saying "Married". I seem to recall they did the same thing in the previous Races.

Lmao at Reichen holding on to the handles! How old is he?

I was not surprised the NFL wives got out almost last after entering second. She really was too slow and too cautios.

Lol, which team was the one who went all the way back to the pit stop? And yes, the two girls are Dumb and Dumber! ;)

Jun 13th, 2003, 02:56 AM
WOW! Things for teams to remember: Never underestimate any team (NFL wives , Models) , read and re-read your instructions (Chip and Reichen @ carriages LOL ) , and don't quit... you never know if another team made a mistake!

I forget the name of the couple that got the boot (they were the friends/couple)

This season seems more cut throat! Scenes from next week show the Air Traffic Controls telling the models to check their tires you never know what could happen.... geez....

Jun 13th, 2003, 03:12 AM
Oh and Asmatic Virgin girl and frustrated virgin boy are probably going to be the next to go or the Air Traffic Controllers.....

I'm sooo tired of seeing those annoying traffic controllers. I want them out!

The air traffic controllers aren't that bad.

I find Tian and Jaree really irritating, but the other irritating couples seem to be out (Amanda/Chris and Russell/Cindy).

Maybe Reichen and Chip should proposition Chuck the virgin. ;)

Jun 13th, 2003, 02:20 PM
See ya Russell and Cindy. Boy, was Russell a jerk.
Glad to see Cindy wake up and smell the coffee.
Hey- this relationship is going nowhere, drop it and run
as far away as possible Cindy! Hee.

The Air traffic controllers are growing on me. I'm also
really liking Team Virgins aka Millie and Chuck. Really
starting to dislike Chip/Reichen the gay married couple.
These guys are total arseholes. What a jerk shoving
Millie aside like that at the horse carriage!

Great to see the NFL wives doing well. You go ladies!!
Tian and Jaree aren't that bad. I thought I would hate
them so much more. I find them obnoxious;but funny.
They remind me so much of someone I use to work
back in my university days at a health food store.
Yes, obnoxious, yes selfish.

I remember one day she told me. "Oh if my mother calls
tell her I'm busy and can't answer the phone". She was
actually off on a weekend to Maui with some guy who
she met two days before in the shop. I didn't know what
to say, you know? What if this guy turns out to be a serial
killer? I didn't even know his name? What kind of lame
ass witness was I going to be in what could have been
the city's biggest crime story that summer? Too cut along
story short. Oh she came back monday afternoon. Guy
turned out to be a jerk or something. He kept on calling
her at the shop; but she refused to take his calls. She
made me take her calls. LOL.

Oh I digress. I still dislike Team Geezer/Weezer. The
two Male best friends and not gay nor married so don't
get any ideas team is still boring.

Jun 13th, 2003, 02:24 PM

I'm watching it on AXN. I don't want no
stinking Singapore censors ruining my show!!

They(the censors) totally ruined Buffy the
Vampire Slayer by taking out all scenes between WIllow
and Tara.

Jun 13th, 2003, 04:32 PM
The air traffic controllers aren't that bad.

Jun 14th, 2003, 01:43 PM
I am beginning to like Tian and Jaree.... but I wished they would stopped arguing over little things....

I think the Air Controllers would definitely be next to go.....

The gay couple are jerks... don't like them at all...

Isn't it dangerous for Millie (being asthmatic) to be on the race.. She was even the one who did the bungee jump....

Surprised at how well the NFL wives did. Tian and Jaree are funny with their bickering and all. Starting to like Millie and the clowns. :D

Jun 20th, 2003, 05:59 PM
What happened last night? I didn't watch it and forgot to tape it?

Jun 21st, 2003, 04:17 AM
The show has finally gotten really interesting now.
I'm really starting to dislike Kelly. What's her problem
with Millie? lol. Chip/Reichen truly are jerks.

I still like the NFL Wives; but my new favorite team are
Jaree/Tia- they are hilarious. Everyone else is trying to
hard for the cameras to be either smart, cool, or funny. Tj team
seem to just be themselves. I wanted to hate them in
episode 1; but they haven't been irksome, bitchy or
slutty yet or have a really nasty mean streak. Besides..
they're mini spats are highly entertaining for some odd

Jun 21st, 2003, 01:28 PM
Reichen and Chip... don't like them... :)
The models... well... They have a chance if they just stop bickering... :)

Sad to see the Father and Son team go....

Team Supremes-going strong... :)
Disliked Kelly.... I also don't know why she doesn't like Millie the Mole :)

They are still in Europe.... :( :(
Still no new locations.... :) :(

Tian/Jaree and the NFL wives are actually being very underestimated IMO..if Tian and Jaree can stop fighting then I think they have a really good chance to win this!

Kelly..ughh she seems like a biotch and reminds me of that whiny girl who won in the last amazing race lol..

Millie and Chuck..I like them but they seem to have limtations to win this race..Millie of course has asthma and Chuck is claustrophobic! What amazes me is that Millie is the one who usually takes the chances and rushes Chuck up!

Good to see the Air Traffic control guys still in it...and omg I was laughing so hard when reichen/chip got lost in that trail!! haha if they hadn't gone down that trail they would've been first considering they got there first but glad they went down that trail anyway ;)

John and Al I seem to enjoy but at times they can become real sneaky and vicious..kinda like it lol..and the "best friends" guys I dont' know too much about

Jun 27th, 2003, 02:58 AM
I missed the first 15 minutes of the show. The rest of the show was Tian and Jaree fighting and same w/ Millee and Chuck. Too much fighting on this episode. I'm not into chicks so two chicks fighting just doesn't do it for me ;)

I can't believe most of the teams chose to sift thru 16ft of shit to get a clue!!

Jun 27th, 2003, 03:48 AM
You know even though I have been expecting to see the air traffic controller guys go for some weeks now I actually wanted them to stay in this week lol..I mean they don't fight with each other they are very good friends as you can see and work very well together. IMO if they were 20 years younger they could very well have won this race! But too bad they lost their luck this time but I guess their time was way overdue.

Tian and Jaree are HILARIOUS!! It's so funny seeing them say bad stuff about each other when I dont think either of them is doing jack shit! lol They were pretty lucky to get in this time around and you can bet your dollar that they will be fighting again next episode.

I'm starting to like the NFL wives a LITTLE bit lol but my ultimate fave team are the clowns. :D

Jun 27th, 2003, 02:42 PM
Alot of people are ragging on Tian and Jaree; but
damn it I like them. Jaree was scary in this episode.
I believe her- I think she would resort to physical
violence on Tian.

"I want to rip your face off!" - Jaree
"I want to get back there and punch your face"- Jaree.

The NFL wives are doing so well. Go ladies.

Millie is turning out to be a bit of a pushy girl. Poor
Chuck, she'll eventually leave you for a richer guy

The clowns were ok- but I still don't like them that much.

Jon/Kelly.- They get alot great with each other. That's
nice;but I find their personality a tad to mean spirited.

Next stop India!~! Oh boy. Hello Culture Shock episode!!

Jun 28th, 2003, 01:12 PM
Jaree was scary... Tian was acting like a brat... Jaree should have punch her... :) :) If it wasn't for Jaree they might be out of it..

I don't know why millie and chuck took the fast forward.. they shouldn't have.. :(
Chuck is nice... Millie is a bit pushy

Jon and Kelly... not a nice couple. :tape: :tape:

India... should be nice...  :tape: :tape: :tape:
They should feature more Asian countries... Everything look the same in Europe...  :tape:

Jul 4th, 2003, 02:15 AM
lol Greenout! She sorta does...

Anyway too bad the NFL wives got out they were good together unlike some other teams. Just bad luck IMO

But OMG in India...that train ride must have been maddening!! It makes you think how lucky you are..

Jul 4th, 2003, 04:48 AM
Too bad the NFL wives lost. I was hoping this leg of the race would be a non-elimination round. Tian and Jaree all of a sudden are working like a team! So that made for a peaceful episode. I hope Millie and Chuckie go next. Millie is getting on my nerves.

Jul 4th, 2003, 11:06 AM

For a change... they were really surprisingly nice to each other..
Nice to see them beat the clowns.... :p

The NFL team... bad luck from the start... just didn't recover early enough... :worship:

Yup the trains in India s*** . I as an Indian would hate to travel in trains and so don't know how they will cope up

That train was worse than i ever thought  . They showed all the possible slum areas of Bombay , hope they some better locations next episode. But it was a fun episode.

Jul 5th, 2003, 03:10 AM
Best episode of TAR4 yet last night.
Great locations, funny tasks, lots of local colour
and more Jaree/Tian. I think the stars of
the show are T/J, Reichen/Chip, Milie/Chuckie and
Kelly/Jon; they have been getting alot of airtime since
episode 4 and well...they deserve it because I'm just
absorbed with what they have to say to each other
and everything around them.

I know the train grope was kind of creepy; but it
was also really funny in a dark humour kind of way.
I have lot of respect for Millie, Kelly, Tian and Jaree
for taking it for the team. They moved on and forged
ahead after the intial culture shock.

Favorite moments:

1)The "tapestry hoarding stare down" between Tian
and Jaree in the Cab.
2) Kelly pumping Jon up for the big train "shove".
3) The clowns doing tricks for the locals.
4)Jaree kicking the bag of clothes at Tian into
the dirty water.
5) Local guy splashing Millie at Laundry.
6) Tian wiping her face after the fish haul on
Jaree's shirt sleeve.

Heh!~ :)

Jul 5th, 2003, 04:23 AM
the india episode of AR4 was really a cultural shock
it was so depressing to see all the slums and the garbage filled streets, i personally would have died of traumatisation
even though i dont really like tian and jaree, i felt so sad for them when they were on the train, being gropped and all. that is the result of being 2 single caucasian young blondes being on the train. i was almost reduced to tears

Jul 5th, 2003, 09:48 AM
I loved it when Chip n Dale took the risk and went for the connection to Mumbai from Milan separately from everyone else who went from Amsterdam. They should reward teams for taking initiative like this.

Wow. Here's a really cool address that was found by
the ez board Amazing Race Sucks message board.

It's from one of Tian and Jaree's Miami hangouts, a
club/bar called Jazid. Check out the pic and event link on the site
there's a couple of really nice non-race photo's of them.
Gee. They're so glamourous.

They have a Thursday night "Amazing" night to watch the show.

I don't how those guys at AM sucks found out ,since T/J have been
keeping a very low profile with no interviews or articles anywhere

Just when I was starting to like Tian and Jaree they get eliminated.
When are those non-elimination rounds when you need them. :(

LOL @ the Millie Molllie.....

Clowns are starting to show that they are a strong team!

Jul 11th, 2003, 03:23 AM
Damn David and Jeff got 1st place again!

Sighh I was starting to like Tian and Jaree as well..but u know maybe they were right. Maybe if they KEPT fighting they would have won this thing ;)

I'm starting to dislike jon and kelly more and more...they are still funny tho! :D

Jul 11th, 2003, 02:17 PM
Damn.. so dissapointed with Tian and Jaree getting eliminated... bad luck.. :( Tian is like superwoman... :)
I guessed even if they took the chicken detour.. they would still be last... the last three teams are just so close to each other...
This leg is a bit too physical.. which was to their disadvantage...being an all girl team.. :) :(
As they said... they showed that an all girl team could win the race........(with how well they did..)

Damn...where is that non-elimination leg when you need it... :tape:
:) Won't be the same without them... :(
Have a feeling next week might be one.... :(

Kelly and Jon.... still annoying...

Chuck and Millie..beginning to like them.. they just don't give up...

Just don't want to see an all male team win....

Jul 11th, 2003, 04:10 PM
Jon and Kelly are just evil. How rude are they about Millie? I'm so sick of their little kindergarten "Millie Mole" thing. And "the werewolf? WTF is that? Grow up you idiots! Then they go on about how SHE doesn't like them and SHE doesn't wave to them. Puhleez.

I was so hoping the married dudes were taken out this week, but alas the girls are gone :( They really grew on me when they weren't screeching at each other the last few episodes, lol.

Chip and Reichen....still bug me. They just do.

Clowns are doing pretty good for, well......clowns. At least there was no nose balancing this week ;)

I like Millie and Chuck. They are working well together and have worked through their problems. She's about the strongest girl of a boy/girl team I can recall. She doesn't flinch at anything.

Jeff/Dave.....would love to know you. WHO are you? Absolutely nothing has come across about these guys except they're the strong boy team and like to finish first.

I love me some Phil. He's just yummy!

The Chipsters have again decided to do their own thing (chicken vs elephant). This time it saved their skins from Philimination. Go Chip n Dale!

Jul 12th, 2003, 07:03 AM
Oh. How depressing. I usually watch this program
to forget about the loses from my favorites in WTA
matches and this is what I get? I was soooo sad
to see Tian/Jaree get Philiminated. They were my
favorite team on the show. They were so hilarious
in every episode. It's seems to happen everytime.
The interesting, fun teams or survivor is always
axed before the finale.

I don't know who to cheer for now? I suppose anybody
but those 2 boring guys that are in first place now.
BOO HISS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jul 12th, 2003, 01:53 PM
I saw this posted on the Fans of Reality TV website....
Just thought it might help us get over their elimination... ;)
An interview of Tian and Jaree.. Its a bit long... :tape:

This afternoon, I was able to speak with Tian and Jaree, who unfortunately met their Race demise in southern India. I caught them at lunch, so my apologies in advance if I mis-trancribe something over the wrapper noises. Here's what they had to say:

India didn't look very enjoyable for you.

Jaree: No, it was fun. You're the first person to say that, because it's where we "brightened up".

You did start working well together, but it looked like you ran into some trouble. Was the ending close enough so that forgetting the bundles on the elephant made the difference?

Jaree: No, that only took one minute. The bulls, when the rope broke on Tian's grip and other teams got in front of us.

Tian: And they didn't show it, but we also had to stop 10 minutes for gas. And then the elephant thing was a matter of seconds. But it was a close race, and we did the best we could.

Describe what happened with the "groping incident" on the train.

Jaree: We went out to the train, and we couldn't get in the women's section because we had our camera guy with us, so we had to get in the men's section of the train. And when we jumped on the train, I had like 4 guys humping me at one time, and I had guys grabbing my boobs. It was crazy, I had hands everywhere. And I couldn't even move, it was insane.

So there was a separate men's and women's section on the train?

Jaree: Yes, but we couldn't get into the women's section because of the camera guy.

Things got heated on the pier in France, but you stuck to your guns. Why did you finally give in and let the other teams go through?

Jaree: We never planned to go first. We only parked out front because they told us to park like that. We had already told everyone "don't worry, we're just parking here, we're going to let you go first" but they thought we were lying, even though we'd never lied before. We wanted to win the race fair and square.

Tian: It didn't matter anyway, it was only about 45 seconds, everyone going into the same place anyway. So, we handled the situation very well, and everyone else was freaking out for no reason.

You both fought quite a bit in the beginning of the race, but seemed to pull it together the last couple of legs. How is your relationship post-race?

Tian: I disagree with that. They showed 1% of the race, and the other 98% of the time we weren't fighting, they just wanted to show it. We just decided not to fight any more later in the race. It's hard to be chipper when you're freezing your butt off with a wind chill of 25 degrees in a metal boat. So when we got to India, we had a rest, and decided we weren't going to fight any more. I wasn't going to give Jaree sh*t any more. And we pretty much came together. And we kind of wished we'd kept on fighting, because when we were fighting, we were winning. As soon as we stopped fighting, we got eliminated!

Jaree, have you kept your promise not to smoke again?

Jaree: Ah....They probably didn't show last night, when we were eliminated, one of the first things I said was "gimme a damn cigarette!"

Tian, you performed every single roadblock. Was that planned?

Tian: Jaree wasn't feeling well, and she's also a vegetarian, so whenever something came up that sounded like it could be eating, I did the roadblock because she wouldn't eat it.

Jaree: The first couple of weeks of the race, I had the flu, and they didn't show that either. They actually wanted to pull me from the race because I had such a high fever and was so sick. But I wasn't going to quit the race, so I went against doctor's orders and kept on racing. The one roadblock I wish I would have done was the bulls. I could do everything Tian did, but it was just better for her to do them. Thank god she did the bungee, though. I don't know if I'd have done that. With the eels, I thought it was gonna have to eat it, and I wasn't going to eat it.

What did you do with the picture you received from your Fast Forward?

Tian: I don't know. They said they were going to send it to us, and they never did. It's funny that you recognized that, though.

A few of our members wanted to make sure I asked you about it.

Jaree: People kept the cheese, too, I think. Dave and Steve, right?

Tian: I'm glad you reminded me of that, because I need to ask about that painting.

Jaree, did you ever get to buy your fabrics in India?

Jaree: Yes I did. It was about 7 US dollars per bolt.

I have no idea if that's a good deal or not.

Jaree: That's a great deal. If you try to buy it on-line, it's about $75. But I didn't have a lot of money, so we were just using the little bit of money we had left. I only got two, but I'm going to make something pretty with it.

What was your favorite task?

Jaree: When we went down the mountain on that raft. That was really fun.

Tian: Yeah, definitely.

How did you prepare for the race?

Jaree: I quit smoking, and started running. Tian, did you run too?

Tian: I don't remember.

Jaree: I can't remember either. I mainly just stopped smoking. Half the racers were smokers, they didn't focus on it, but there was a lot of smoking going on. They just focused on me, and I was like "why are they doing that to me?"

You've both traveled extensively. Do you think that helped you in the race?

Jaree: I don't think anything helps you in the race. You just have to be focused go for it.

Tian: Foreign languages help out quite a bit, but pointing and running worked pretty well for us. I've been to Europe many times, but Milan and Cortina, I'd never been to. It didn't really help me out.

What one piece of advice would you give the next group of racers?

Jaree: Take your time.

Tian: Yeah, take your time, and have a balanced partner. Read the clues very clearly.

Jaree: You don't have to run for everything. Everyone thinks you have to run all the time - you don't.

Tian: It doesn't really matter. You'll see the difference when you're running the race, because it's really different from what you see on TV. You have to slow down for the cameramen, too. Our cameramen were great, but they're carrying 150 pounds, too.

Thank you both for your time, and for the great interview!

Tian: I promised my producer I'd try to get this in. I'm doing a film right now called "Dark Queen". It's going to be on the Sci-Fi channel. I'm playing a nerdy scientist who changes her DNA and turns into a superhero.

I'll add that on, in the "shameless plug" section of our site.

Tian: It's a B movie, but it's just kind of fun, and it's pretty cool.

Thanks to Tian and Jaree for taking the time to speak with us, and once again to CBS for the opportunity!

David and Jeff....are they gay? Couple?

Jul 15th, 2003, 11:04 AM
I don't know what David and Jeff are?; but
whatever it is please make it go away. I can't for
the life of me find anything vaguely interesting about
them. Sure, they finished 1st twice; but so what?
Who cares? I feel nothing for them- no joy, pain
or sorrow. I've had more emotion invested in watching
a straight marathon or eco-challange type show for
teams than these two pieces of wallpaper. Sorry; but
they really shouldn't be on the show. Heh.

What I don't get is CBS? They've been hawking Tian
and Jaree's butts for the past 6 weeks. All the promo's
have feature them, they're all over the official website;
the web extras etc.. Now they're gone after the highest
rated episode in The Amazing Race history at 8.5 million
viewers; and they won't even be in the show anymore.
I really don't know how the producers were planning to
keep viewers interested in the remaining 5 teams for
6 episodes that includes 3!! 3 non-elimination rounds!!
We know nothing about David and Jeff; and they don't
seem that interesting to begin with. When they said
that their treating this as "business partnership" that
pretty much says it all!

Jul 15th, 2003, 11:07 AM
finally someone who thinks like i do!

david and jeff are totally boring!i wish they were eliminated instead of tian and jaree. at least they provided us with some great entertainment!

i want dave and jeff out next!followed by either millie and chuck or kelly and jon.

I really don't know how the producers were planning to
keep viewers interested in the remaining 5 teams for
6 episodes that includes 3!! 3 non-elimination rounds!!

I hoped in the future they would spread the non-elimination rounds...and not crammed it during the last few legs... it just squeezed the fun out of the episode when you know its going to be a non-elimination round anyway.... :tape:

I think the producers just didn't expect Tian and Jaree to be popular with the viewers... and besides it is beyond their control who wins or not... :tape: :tape: :tape:

David and Jeff....after weeks of watching...I finally know their names... :) :tape: :fiery: :tape: :lick: :lick:

Finally, the first NON-Elimination round! :)

Chip and Reichen were really lucky after their initial screw up. I"m glad they showed them all together at the dinner table. Notice how Chuck and Millie didn't clap at Chip and Reichen's happy Anniversary news! They need to get lost. I don't like them. Millie is way too critical of him. I'm actually rooting for the clowns! If you go back to the first page my least favorite team was them! How the weeks have changed!

Still not a lot of air time for David & Jeff.... who are they?
I couldn't believe they caught 15 little minows or something really small instead of the real fish :haha:

Jul 18th, 2003, 12:58 PM
HAHA! That was funny meesh! That would have been too easy for them. I too have liked the clowns since the 1st week and want them to win. BTW is it just me or did Chuck look mad when at the table when John said he couldnt' believe he was sitting next to a 25 year old virgin! :D I was so hoping that this would be an elimination round so we didnt have to see John and Kelly again (although they werent as cruel in this round). I also have a feeling that Millie and Chuck will stop dating after this race..you can tell they are completely different. And although I dont really care for Chip and Reichen it would have been nice to see them get the award for their anniversary lol but it was too funny seeing that the pit stop was right there and they went somewhere else!

Jul 18th, 2003, 02:05 PM
Did you read the Straits Times today? An interview
with Tian/Jaree. Heh. They've been friends for 9
years; met on a double date and ditched their
dates to go ice skating? Rotf!

It was ok tonight. Nice locations shots; but it just
wasn't funny or as entertaining as much. Millie
and Chuckie are the only real interesting team left.
They have so much emotional history going on that
this really looks like a make it or break time for them.
I'll just have to sort of cheer for the Virgins now.
Oh- right. They'll be the next to go knowing my luck.

Jul 18th, 2003, 02:16 PM
hmmm... a non elimination leg...
Maybe its the editing.. but kelly was actually good at the last roadblock..
Chuck seems totally lost.. :)
Nothing spectacular in this leg... :) :)

Jul 18th, 2003, 02:28 PM
I totally expected Millie to make that voodoo comment when the priestess gave her the traditional blessing. It was just like her to say something like that. I also wasn't that surprised when Chuck had a pained expression on his face on Reichen's announcement that it was their anniversary. Even if he didn't approve of their sexuality, the least he could do was applaud the fact that they were celebrating their anniversary.

Jul 18th, 2003, 04:33 PM
Wow. Tian and Jaree were doing the Singapore
media thing this week. 98.7 FM, The Straits Times,
Electric New Paper, and Streats? lol.

Good to hear that Jaree has cameo gig on CSI: Miami.
She has a scene with Heidi Klum in season 2' opener
which is being filmed this week. HA!~ I guess
Tian will have her chance on that show too. Nice to
see that they kept their word and decided to just go
on and try to get more jobs rather than agonize over
that loss of $1,000,000 from TAR.

Jul 18th, 2003, 08:14 PM
just letting you guys know, thats not how peninsular malaysia looks like. kota kinabalu is near the brunei side, and i dont think they are as civilized as we are on the peninsular.

anyway, i knew chi and reichen and joan and al wouldnt get eliminated in malaysia!but it would have been GREAT to see kelly and jon/dave and jeff go in this country!LOL!

anyway, i just went to the amazing race website and apparently, next week, 2 teams will be competing for the fast forward. i hope its jon/kelly or dave/jeff. that way, reich/chip and jon/al are most probably safe. but in the clip for next week, its says there is a race to the pit stop and only seconds separate the teams. what are your thoughts?

Jul 19th, 2003, 12:29 AM
I was surprised to see that out of the remaining teams only Millie and Chuck have used their fast forwards!!!! I bet the fast forward will be the two teams in last place... John.Kelly and Jeff.Dave

Jul 19th, 2003, 07:09 AM
The Amazing Race Tennis connection!!

Oh boy. According to a new interview from
a publication from Dallas, Texas- Tian use
to date and live with Scud. LOL!! Isn't this
kind of scary? So ,did she yell at Scud in the
same way as Jaree? I'm trying to figure out
when they were dating and it looks to be
that part in the late 1990's when Scud was
feuding w/ Rafter and the Aussie Davis Cup
team. I do recall how the Aussie press said he was
too busy partying, playing with fast cars,
and alot of girlfriends in South Beach, Miami.

I can't stand Chuck anymore. I felt like killing him at roadblock. :fiery:
 Yeah, Kelly was actually good at the roadblock.

 Tian dated Mark? I thought one of them was a lesbian? Wasn't that what I read in the first page? :o Oh and until now, I still have no idea which is Tian and which is Jaree.

Jul 20th, 2003, 04:38 AM

didi, Tian is the sexy one, Jaree is that annoying one :p. Millie/Chuck annoys me more and more, they'll definitly break up after the race. and...Happy 1st Anniversary to Chip and Reichan! Almost made me cry when Reichan started crying :o

Jul 20th, 2003, 06:37 AM
There's a couple of interviews and Tian(the blonde one
who did all the work) is "bi". She was straight when
she was with Scud. heh.

Jul 20th, 2003, 08:40 AM
i found jaree really annoying at the beginning, especially when she wouldnt remove anything from her heavy backpack.

Jul 23rd, 2003, 11:03 PM
I am really getting addicted to this show:) heres hoping Chip & Reichen, The clowns and the best friends are the final 3 teams:cool:
Kelly and Jon need to go soon:eek: and Millie is really getting on my nerves, she is reminding me of the infamous Flo from last year

Jul 24th, 2003, 06:51 PM
Okay, correct me if I'm wrong. Jaree's the one who wears glasses and is slow. Tian is the one who acts a little bitchy when Jaree won't do anything?

Jul 24th, 2003, 09:55 PM
OMG!i cant wait to see jon n kelly out today, hopefulyl!

Jul 25th, 2003, 02:04 AM
And Jon and Kelly are still around!! I must say they are EXTREMELY lucky..

anyway this episode was probably one of the best one of the series..I was literally jumping out of my seat! The clowns definitely had this one in the bag but every other team made at least one mistake!! The clowns were definitely on fire and Im really glad they're still in it..

David and Jeff! OMG I was laughing when they didnt' see the wheelbarrow and for some strange reason they always try to look for the box when of course there is something much more to find!

Chip and Reichen did a good job of sticking torwards the road to the Fast Forward instead of turning around no matter how far ahead they were..it was noticable that the roads in this leg of the race was VERY hard to follow..

And the last 2 which HAD to be Jon/Kelly and Chuck/Millie, I was so surprised that they caught up to them and it was only a matter of SECONDS that cost Chuck and Millie and although I can tell how much Millie wanted it I had a feeling she sort of gave up in the end..

Jul 25th, 2003, 04:18 AM
I agree this show was one of the best. It started for me when Chuck came out with that flashlight on his head! I was laughing so hard I think I pulled a stomach muscle :haha: I feel bad for him, Millie never lets up on him. Why didn't she drive if she doesn't know how to read maps? It makes no sense.

The clown are on a roll. They make this race look easy! From the previews it looks like they get behind next week.

Chip and Reichen are the only ones left that have used their Fast Forward.

Maybe our Virgin Chuck will go home, get a haircut, and fornicate!

Jul 25th, 2003, 08:21 AM
Chuck was so damb annoying! I felt sorry for Millie

Jul 25th, 2003, 08:31 AM
well, millie and chuck out, that suits me just fine!LOL!hopefully david and jeff are booted next week. i cant believe he said that his team was "impulsive"...they are anything BUT that!if they were impulsive, they'd be so much more interesting.dave+jeff=YAWWWWWWWWWWN!

kelly and jon, well, i'm finally beginning to like them.plus, kelly is the only female left. but i want reichen and chip to win cuz reichen is hot. i dont care if he's gay!

Jul 25th, 2003, 02:01 PM
Yay! MilChuck are gone! I was so afraid it would turn out to be a Wil/Tara kinda victory again. It might actually be a good thing for ChipnDale to use their FF this round coz it'll make them focus for the last legs since they know they can't go for it anymore. The other teams might try to go for an FF later and screw it up in the process if some other team decides to compete for it.

Go ReiChip!!!!!!

Jul 25th, 2003, 02:57 PM
I thought it would be a non-elimination leg.. because Phil said just go to the pitstop..

I feel so so sorry for Millie!!! They made a mistake... if Millie didn't see the sign then Chuck should have seen it... I guessed they were just tired and stressed out!! They had a great race!!!

Kelly and Jon are so so damn lucky!!! :( :( :(

:bounce: :bounce: :lick: :bounce: :bounce:

Jul 25th, 2003, 04:44 PM
Millie and Chuck have been on my nerves about like they were on each others for the last few episodes, but I thought they would definitely be in the last three. Who the hell goes on TAR without knowing how to read maps???? :banghead: It's not rocket science, people....it's a MAP. Furthermore, let her drive and Chuch navigate the big old scary map. Stupid :retard:

I simply CANNOT believe Kelly and Jon are still in the race. :fiery: They are rude and obnoxious and annoying. And that's their good traits ;)

Chip and Reichen still annoy me, but they crack me up. They're always the ones to "appreciate" the experience. "Wow, look at that tree! Isn't it beautiful!" LOL @ them. I think they may have sealed their doom by using the FF when they didn't need to, especially when the other three teams can still do it.

Al and Jon are great. I love em. I wanted them to balance those pine nuts on their noses, but it wasn't meant to be. How fun would they have been with the orangutans??? :bounce:

Unless they make some big mental mistake, I think the Goats have this one wrapped up. It always gets more physical near the end and they will dominate that category. They're still boring  :sigh:

I agree about that head light on Chuck, I nearly snarfled my Coca-Cola when I saw that :spit:

Jul 25th, 2003, 09:04 PM
i think reich-chip have the best shot if things get physical. i mean ,LOOK AT THEM!or reichen at least!i cant take my eyes of that face!YUM!

I HOPE DM J ARE out SOON!they piss me offfffffffff!

Jul 25th, 2003, 11:29 PM
I too thought yesterdays episode was great!

A lot of interesting things going on. I actually felt sorry for Millie and Chuck(more Chuck) I could see she felt really bad after missing the turnoff. I wonder if they will ever get married and remain virgins;)

It was really sweet to see Reichen and Chip with the oragtans(sp) Too bad they took the fast forward but at least they will start first next time(have a feeling it will be a non elimanation round though)

The clowns are such a strong team and looks like they will be hard to beat:) I am really impressed with their attitude:)

Kelly and Jon what can you say, lucky, lucky , lucky
Is it just me or are they such negative people! They Can't they say anything nice about anyone:sad:

The "goats" also look strong too:) They dont show them too much on air though;)

In my opion it will come down to who makes the least mistakes

Im pulling for Chip and Reichen though:)

I thought it would be a non-elimination leg.. because Phil said just go to the pitstop..

Ditto. I thought so too. Was bummed when he eliminated Millie and Chuck. Poor Millie, it was so obvious she blamed herself. :(

I think Jon and Al are going to win. They're always positive.

Jul 31st, 2003, 11:56 AM
The ending half hour was fantastic. Poor Millie/Chuckie.
Their absolute nuts(nut bunch,nuts). I still can't believe
their still together after the race. Oh Geez. It's just
not meant to be kids.

Is Kelly a bitch or what? lol. She is so irksome, and
neurotic. HA! Glad their still around, we need someone
to cheer against.

I bet it's non-elimination this week. Previews looked
pretty weird. Oh my GOD...we're heading to north
korea? lmao.

Jul 31st, 2003, 01:21 PM
heres a great message board for Amazing Race fans:)

Jul 31st, 2003, 02:11 PM

An even better board is at SUCKS on ezboard.

Tian posts here and is the Mistress of her own thread.
She posts pictures of herself here, and even some of
Jaree when she's not getting high on herself. lol.

Jul 31st, 2003, 02:23 PM
Here's a link Tian gave everybody this week for some b-movie
she worked on. lol. Believe it or not ? the title of this err...film
is called "The Castro Conspiracy". Sorry, I don't see Fidel Castro
in any of these pictures. hehehehe. So, what's the conspiracy

Aug 1st, 2003, 01:49 AM
Oh my god! I can't just believe the octopus thing! I would NEVER have been able to do that, never...

Aug 1st, 2003, 02:42 AM
HAHA! This was a pretty funny episode..The "Goats" David and Jeff had a lot of bad luck in this episode. And wow I am really surprised that Jon and Kelly got 1st! Anyway is it just me or does 1/5 of Korea know English!?? lol Man these legs of the races are getting harder and harder...that swim in that cold river wow that's pretty dangerous and that live octopus was just nasty lol..I would have done strong hands right away!! :D

Aug 1st, 2003, 05:29 PM
im also surprised jon and kelly got first:sad:
i am hoping chip and reichen make it to the final 3 at least;)
i am impressed with the guys swimming in that cold water yikes;)
here one of chip

Aug 2nd, 2003, 02:42 PM
Glad it was a non-elimination round. It's crazy how little things can get you ahead and behind. I can't believe the clowns and goats were almost at the North Korean border. That taxi driver was horrible he would of taken them right to Pyongyang's nuclear plant! Even when the tanks were waving them to go back he was still going ahead!

LMAO at one the goats "Dude your plate is moving" That was soo nasty. I can't believe Chip and Reichen ate that stuff.

Fast Forward Count:
Chip/Reichen - taken
Kelly/John - still available
Clowns - still available
Goats - still available

Aug 3rd, 2003, 10:31 AM
Seoul's on Ice!!

I miss Millie/Chuckie!! I can't believe I do. The Clowns
and Team WHO just aren't entertaining enough. I enjoy
watching Chip/Reichen and Kelly/Jon; but when it
comes to the other two teams doing the roadblocks/
tasks I get sleepy and bored!!

Oh how I wish it was Chip/Reichen, Kelly/Jon,
Tian/Jaree and Millie/Chuckie in the final four. I think
it would've been a real howler of an episode. lol.
Yep, Chuckie and Tian would've done the ice swim;
but I do think we may have even come to a rarity of
sorts because the Tae Kwon Do wood punching was
perfect for Jaree. Millie herself could've done half of
the wood punching too. Just imagining Millie and
Jaree punching wood is too much for words. Damn it!!

The non-elimination rounds are boring unles there's
a team you love or really, really hate involved.

The other point I'd like to make is that the drama
tension, manic level has toned down to a very restrained level. I'm certain that if Millie/Chucki and Tian/Jaree
were still in the race and not Clowns or Team Who the
backstabbing level would be up and much more drama.
Even Kelly has calmed down somewhat due to being
the only female left.

SURVIVOR 3 male winners, 3 female winners.

TAR4 is just to male oriented. I wish they had more
mental tasks rather than just giving out direction on
clues. It's sad to see the roadblocks geared toward
people who can do construction work!~~!!

Aug 3rd, 2003, 10:43 AM
Nah - i don't miss Mille/Chuck.

would be nice if Tian/Jaree were in the final three with Jon/Kelly and Reichen/Chip.

 :woohoo: :bounce:

Aug 3rd, 2003, 10:51 AM
Episode 10 title: "That's Me. That's My Face. Just Hit My Face. Hit My Face!" :haha: :haha: :haha:

reading from CBS' TAR website that next week's episode, one of the teams will incur a time penalty

...and swimming with sharks?

Aug 8th, 2003, 02:36 AM
The Clowns are gone. :( I was hoping Chip and Reichen's penalty would go in the Clowns favor.

:help: I need to find a team that I like.

I don't like Chip and Reichen: One of them is evil (can't remember which)
I don't like Jon and Kelly: They are both evil

I guess it's the  boys.

Aug 8th, 2003, 03:08 AM

and i saw in the website that for next week's episode, chip runs over reichen's foot!WTF??? i hope he isnt injured and can move aroudn properly!

it should be fun
yesterdays show was so exciting! the sharks, omg:eek:
going face down the building, yikes!
feel bad for the clowns:sad: BUT very happy for chip and reichen!
the goats (yawn) and team JoKe (always entertaining) should be fun, cant wait for next week!

Aug 15th, 2003, 02:19 AM
:drink: wahoo... a toast to my new team! Hell I don't even think I know their names  I guess they are "The Goats" What can I say, I"m a front runner whore! What was up w/ Reichen in that Road Rush thing? It wasn't the vehicle that malfunctioned! They seem to be too hyper/excited to really slow down, read the clues and ask for help!
They couldn't even get the film developed!

Next week is the Finale! Then I think Survivor starts several weeks after that. :o I'm also a reality show whore! :wavey:

Aug 15th, 2003, 05:48 AM
i hope RnC win!!!!!they are so freakin HOT!i'd be a whore for reichen if he wanted me to!

Aug 15th, 2003, 05:49 AM
hell!for reichen, i;d even let him anal-fuck me!and i DONT do anal.

Aug 16th, 2003, 02:13 PM
Based on the preview for next week's final episode...

Jon would be naked!! :hearts: :hearts: :tape:
I think a car would turn over... :)

I think Team Goat would win it.... :)

Aug 16th, 2003, 03:19 PM
i hope its the goats car that spins off the road  :p . but since bad luck follows the hunks, it will be RnC.

Me guessing Jon stripped down to the bone is tied to the Fast Forward for him and Kelly in the next episode..they didnt do their fast forward yet right? And between the Goats and Chipndale..hmm tough call.

Aug 18th, 2003, 03:50 AM
either Jon/Kelly or Reichen/Chip win it! :yeah:

no. the last fast forward available was taken by the goats. i read this in the TAR website.

and i'd rather the goats win than the skanky kelly and jerky jon.

of course, CnR BETTER WIN IT ALL!!!!!

Aug 18th, 2003, 03:05 PM

Aug 22nd, 2003, 02:09 AM
OMG! It was soo close! My boys I think are still in Sydney! Congrats to Chip and Reichen! I'm going to tape Good Morning America. I hope all three groups are on tomorrow. In the past that is the case but they didn't announce it! It was cool to see the whole gang at the finish line!

LOL at Jon doing the detour in the buff!

Aug 22nd, 2003, 05:56 AM
Team Who lost so miserably.. They made a huge huge mistake. I think they were a day late...

They didn't even show them doing anything after that mistake. They must be really really far behind...

Kelly and Jon really fought back.. but I guessed their taxi driver really stinks.. :) The Japanese lady in the airport was really nice ... even if they weren't able to board the flight... :)
They really got nothing to be ashamed of... :)

Reichen... is hot!!! :)
Chip... uugh.... :p

I'm alot happier this year w/ the final result than
last year. I know alot of people have been heaping
crap toward Chip/Reichen for pushing the "gay"
agenda- I don't care. I think it's a refreshing change
from the usual. Why the hell not?

Reichen has a cameo on "Frasier". :)

Loved the ending. Watching Team WHO in
the wet dark rain like an after thought was
just devilish editing. I didn't even know I
liked Kelly/Jon until the very end. I thought
TANGERINE looked fabulous at the finish line.
Poor Chip/Reichen they looked to be mauled
by them. LOL

Aug 24th, 2003, 01:00 PM

Aug 24th, 2003, 02:41 PM
Yes, that was in my Saturday section of the newspaper that Reichen was going to make a cameo and that despite rumors in the gay community they are still married. I guess some publications have said they got a divorce. They weren't wearing their rings on the morning after show on CBS.

Aug 24th, 2003, 02:45 PM
Wow... i wouldn't have liked it if chip and reichen got divorced.... what rumours were going on about reichen getting the divorce for?
