My 1985-2003 posts

1985 - Year I was born

1986 - My first birthday

1987 - my second birthday ;)

1986 - my second birthday

I went to Turkey, Istanbul with my parents... they told me I almost got run over.

1987 - I was three

1986 - my second birthday

1988 - I was four

I watched a horror movie.

1989 - I was five

I was cute.

1990 - I was six

Somebody attempted to steal me.

1991 - I was seven

The war kind of started in my region
I moved to Croatia
first year of school.

1992 - my dad went to jail for nothing because of the war got beaten badly.

My sis, mom and myself moved to Vienna...
my second year of school... did not know German

1993 - I was nine
Moved to Germany

Skipped the rest of second year and moved me to third year(a whole school year I skipped). There was not enough space in second class, so they moved me to third...to this day I keep saying that I was too smart.

1994 - I was ten

I remained a refugee in Germany
Germany rocked though, people were so nice.

1995 - I was eleven

remained in Germany.

1996 - I was twelve

moved to Canada, Winnipeg.
People were so nice.

1997 - I was thirteen
Moved to a city close to Toronto
People were/are crap.
I was an immigrant at this time
I went to Grade 7, and everyone made fun of me because I did not know English and it's easy to make fun of someone who doesn't speak your language. kids were so cruel. my confidence was shattered. possibly worst year.

1998 - I was fourteen

saw Venus Williams on tv and that's when I started to like tennis.
was in grade 8. sucked.

1999 - I was fifteen

Grade 9, went to high school.
sucked. worst year of high school.
went to see Lauryn Hill.
Listened to Aaliyah. Are u that somebody awesome song

2000 - I was sixteen
Became a Canadian citizen, got my passport
went to gr 10. was crap
Aaliyah's Try Again became my fave song ever.

2001 - I was seventeen
gr 11... was okay, was self -consciouss still...
Bought the album Aaliyah, instantly became my fave album. Shortly, Aaliyah passes away.

2002 - I was seventeen (don't know where I messed up my counting, caus I couldn't have stayed seventeen for two years :confused:)

It was so cool reading this thread SuperDevil :wavey:. So glad that you're doing better. I still miss Aaliyah...and Try Again and Four Page Letter are my fave Aaliyah songs up to this day. Although...I loooooove Don't Know What To Tell You and Miss You and More Than A Woman...hell i like a whole lotta them. I'm also yet to find love, but oh well...that's life for ya :wavey:

Superdevil, I think you're going to need a little more than that when the publishers come knocking on your door for the inevitable bio and TV movie. ;) :D
