Im in Baton Rouge and I can barely see it but no red...i dont think its cloudy i think it is just covered..lol

nope sry, i wish i had borrowed one though, but anyways trees are blocking the view and i have to run outta my house into the neighbors yard just to see it

I've seen one here in Australia a few years ago. It's absolutely beautiful, it's almost like seeing Mars close up I would think. Anyway, enjoy it guys. :)

I can understand your frustration, I missed the Leonids shower because of clouds about two years ago. God damn! :( I think I'll have to wait like another 30 years. :(

what makes me angry is that 10 minutes ago it was clear and these damn clouds come rolling in. Is the climax at 11:40 pm Central Time Zone??
