Sugiyama is awfully close to achieving her career high ranking. I think it's #15.

Chladkova is hideously overranked! Really, she must stop being fed players like Maleeva on clay.

Zuluaga back in the top 50! I'm sure she'll rupture her Achilles tendon next week, but hey, let's celebrate now.

Chladkova is such a fighter though. I really like her intensity.

If Monica makes it to the semis next week, and Daniela loses early, i think shes out of the top 10

I don't think so. There's a 600 pt gap and couple players between them.

Vera should have played Italian Open to gain extra points and achieve her goal "Get Into Top20"....

Wonder why she didn't do it?

She played 8 matches in 12 days. In terms of RG seedin there is no differnece between #17 and #24.. And she would not want to overplay before RG where she has tone of points to defend.. Smart girl..

hantuchova is at #9 in the Race? Huh. Too bad she's not playing like a top ten player.

I see Jennifer has finally worked herself into the top 8.

Vera is actually going to play at Strasbourg right before RG..... But she probably wants to get some matches under her belt to boost her confidence for RG... Anyway, I hope Vera will get into Top20 very soon.. ;)
