Berlin "possible" semifinals:

On collision course CLIJSTERS / CAPRIATI and MAURESMO / HENIN-HARDENNE.

I know everything can happen, but all these players seem to be on top form, given by their wins this week. Non of them seem to have broken a sweat (except for Clijsters maybe a little bit today).

So it looks like we are heading towards a real Semifinal showdown. These are my takes:

Clijsters / Capriati: Last time they played on clay was at the final of the RG, and Jen managed to pull the win. Kim is a much stronger and better player today than she was two years ago, and Jen... isn't?? Can I say that? Anyway, Jen seems to be very focused and it should be a real battle. I say Kim in 3 sets possibly.

Mauresmo / Justine: I really have no clue. I have no clue at all. I expect something like a 3 setter with 3 tie breaks. Something like that. Same kind of backhand, good serve, good variety... it should be extraordinary.

I know I am one match ahead, but I bet you anything these are going to be the matches on the semis.

I'm pretty sure this will be the semi's; if not, a hugeeee upset.

Those are two matches I've been WAITING for and hopefully espn will show them. Henin and Mauresmo looks to be an incredible match. 3 sets, for sure. :bounce: :bounce:

Kim and Jen... who do I choose? Kim has won titles this year and Jen hasn't. I want to say Jen but I'm a Kim fan, as well. I'll save my predictions for when and if they win their matches tomorrow.
