I think the belgian team are trying to make sure they get to play the USA in the semi's (i think it is). I reckon a show down between the top 4 women in the world is what the fed cup needs- i hope all 4 play if they do get to the semi's, playing both singles and doubles--it would be great. Although i have a sneaky feeling venus and serena wont want to play (it would be a shame if they didnt)
