Okay, to most tennis players this is sooo not a big deal but hey, us little people (ie 3.0 players) need to bask in glory sometimes. I've been in play and learn for a year and never really played in a match or league.
I won my first match, it wasn't a match per se, but I subbed in a doubles league today and you get points for how many games you won total, and we switch partners after each set ...we played three 6-1,2-6, and 6-0. I played on the lowest court but since I had the most games , looks like I'll be moving on up next week :-)
Serena and Venus had better watch out .... hahaha
