Is someone in her agency entering her in these as a joke? Because that's the week of Berlin, which we've been told she's playing.

What the hell is Amy doing here too? She is even ranked higher.

Amy only played Hobart and Australia Open this yr,
i'm guessing she is trying to gain some confidense
on clay..............if this is on clay of course......

Thats got to be a joke...if she wants to play a challenger...why a $25K...go play the 50K's and 75K's in Europe...

most of the people on the list are also committed elsewhere...

Anna's got a wildcard to play in Berlin that week...I find it difficult to believe she's gonna play in Sea Island. But...whatever

she is not the only one.......
Stevenson went to Suriton last yr (25K) after her early exit in France

The only reason Alex played their was specifically because it was grass and she was trying to get some match play...

BTW...see my post again...it makes no sense to play a 25K when their are higher challengers going on...

You seem a lil defensive, I wasnt trying to diss Anna

THESE ARE THE TOURNAMENTS SHE NEEDS TO BE PLAYING!!!

obviously the girl has slid down a dark path of mistakes and poor strategy. She should be playing these events and some of you are acting like its beneath her or something. Whatever! You do what you have to do to get back in playing form and if this works for her then I applaud her and I'm not even a fan.

Exactly Phonix storm, she either needs to play quallies or needs to step off the tour once in a while. I hope she actually plays this time. Its a good field!

25k's are not designed for players in the top 60 who are having a rough time

thats what teh 50 and 75k's are for.

Sheesh, some of you guys need to pay a visit to the challenger thread once in a while, if she plays she's just making a mockery of the whole ITF Challenger Circuit. Just like Alex, ranked #28 in the world did at Surbiton last year (yes she was ranked 28 when she played) - i don't think a single person in the challenger thread was sad to see her knocked out.

Anna should be in the 75k in France that week if not Berlin, not here.

As Eggy said about Alex in Surbtion, "to a player ranked 500 in the world, it's teh equivalent of someone coming in and taking your job."
