I was sort of following this one online ... and it was weird. Vera served for te first set at 5-3, but blew it and completely collapsed until waking up after going down 0-2 in the 2nd. There she fought coetzer tooth and nail before finally breaking her to secure set two. Then, they played the longest game in the history of tennis (okay, so i exaggerate, but not by much), which finally ended in Amanda breaking Vera's serve. From there, i guess the young Russian just had nothing left to give. Oh well. Congrats to Amanda, condolences to Vera.
