Oh well. This was still a great week for Mary and definitely her best tournament since Roland Garros 2002: Quarterfinal of a Tier I and victory over a top-tenner. Now I have another good result to add to my sig. :)

ooooo I'm so sad that Mary lost.... :sad:
but being beaten 6-2 6-3 by a player of Henin-Hardene calibre is not bad at all for a player who's been struggling with so many problems and injuries, as in Mary's case....( hell, Kournikova was beaten 6-0 6-1 by Henin-Hardene earlier this year)...
anyway...still very well done Mary...a very good start to ur comeback!!!! :) :wavey:

Mary lost to Justine Henin-Hardenne for a while ago

In Family Circle Cup, Justine Henin-Hardenne was defeated to Ashley Harkleroad 6-2, 6-1 in semi-finals. Finally, she defeated to Serena Williams 6-3 6-4 in finals.
