In a year or so, Angie will not only head that list, but probably be solidly in the Top 20, IMO.

Mi-ra Jeon is having 9 week lay-off for physical training now. :( If she resume playing matches in mid-April, her rankings will go up. :)

I expect her to surpass YJ Cho who is team-mate & room-mate in rankings in a year,.. hopefully.

Go, Mi-ra!

I did want to add Anna in the list, but Israel always join the European Group in every sports.

Ummm, you better check your map.

Turkey, for example, has an argument, but there's no way Israel is Europe, no matter the Eurovision.

according to the ITF site, Israel is part of Europe....maybe you should check your facts before you run off your stupid mouths? Just a thought

The only ones that i can see that can really challenge the top players are AI and IRODA!!!!!No offense to the others they all have a nice games, but Iroda and Ai have proved that they have what it takes to go to the next level.

East Asian players seem to need more time to mature. Yoon-Jeong is a good example :) . She still has a margin for progress.

And maybe you should look at a map before calling me stupid. Just a thought.
I don't care what ITF site says. Israel is geagraphically AND politically part of Asia.

it doesn't matter whether it's politically and geographically part of Asia, in tennis the ITF considers it part of Europe, and that's the issue in question, so maybe you should go back and read what the issue was about in the first place?

Israel is part of Asia, that's what counts, Pistolesi is an Asian player. Stop the discussion now, there's only 1 right answer and that's the one in this post
