From the Pacific Life Open site:

The women's field, in addition to Capriati (who finished 2002 ranked No. 3 on the WTA Tour), Seles (No. 7), Hantuchova (No. 8) and Davenport (No. 12), will include big names such as Belgian Kim Clijsters (No. 4), Frenchwoman Amelie Mauresmo (No. 6), Jelena Dokic (No. 9) of Yugoslavia, Russians Anastasia Myskina (No. 11), Elena Dementieva (No. 19) and Anna Kournikova (No. 35) and Americans Chanda Rubin (No. 12) and Alexandra Stevenson (No 13).

The bigger question is: "Did you know Kournikova is ranked #35?"

Her high was 18... I don't think she finished with that, though.

And... Bovina should have been in that list. Take it personally, Lena! Make them bitches pay for not respecting Teh Queen of Tennis!

She did finish the year at #18. Not that big a stretch from #13. 3 and 8 are often confused.

I forgive them.

Chanda and Lindsay don't even get their own individual ranking; they have to share one. What a cheap tourney. :p
