What happened to Kruger???

I know that Kruger is back in action this week in Mexico, but what happened to her. She just sort of disappeared for a long time and now she's back??

Does anyone know??

I believe she had some sort of surgery....maybe on a torn abdominal muscle if memory serves correct.
