Aus Open

Is anyone taping/planning on taping Evie's matches?

Unfortunately I can't make it to any matches in Aus this season as I am in Dublin at the moment and missing my first Aus Open since 1981! (that's not a misprint!);)

Please cheer extra loud for me at the vs Kremer today!!

My first open was in 1992! I was about 13 I think!

Anyway, watched Evie get through over Rittner...wasnt pretty but she showed guts and got the win...played OK, but will need to lift to beat Kremer.

p.s - Im obviously not at the match today, and Channel 7 look like they wont be televising it :(

Evie played aggressive to beat KREMER the #22 seed! Evie had more winners, less errors than anne, and 3 aces to 0 double faults so she played well! Evie couldve wrapped it up 6-1 6-3 to break Kremer at the end, but held her serve easily to win 6-1 6-4 anyway..:bounce:
