Which Half of Draw Plays First?

Does anyone know which half of the draw will play on Monday?

Who knows, there is know one set pattern on who plays first.
In 1998 Bottom half Played first
In 1999 Top Half Played first
In 2000 Bottom Played first
In 2001 Bottom Played first
In 2002 Bottom Played first

So if you can work it out from there, you are doing well :)

If I had a choice, I hope the Top half plays first, they are due, going by history..
