That´s a good and honest answer: Christmas ham, carrot casserole, rutabaga casserole, star-shaped pies made with puff pastry and filled with prune, gingerbread......etc.

Perhaps they have payed us a visit and after seeing the crap that they get they think to themselves "as far as I'm concerned WTA fans can stick it where the sun don't shine." :)

I'm pretty sure Maria and Serena and some kind of agreement that doesn't require them to do all these silly things.
Less known players don't sell as much tickets so they have to do this but these two superstars get a pass as a thank you gift from the WTA.

Serena's not doing it is because Jehovah's Witnesses do not explicitly celebrate Christmas.

Great they are not here, and great that Alize :hearts: and Sofia are here.

It would be nice for WTA to acknowledge that there are other players on tour than Serena, Venus, Vika, Masha, Aga, Caro, Petra, Li, and eventually Ivanovic or Kirilenko. Other players also have their fans, and deserve some publicity. And they are hardly to be found on WTA website...
