It is not in dispute that Dinara visited Dr. Moral's clinic while she was training at TennisVal academy in Spain over the years. However, the reports about the nature of her visits seem to be somewhat conflicting.

from this 2007 news story:

http://www.lasprovincias.es/prensa/2..._20070107.html

The above report describes how Dr. Moral assisted to cure Dinara of her "fatigue" in late 2006, so effectively that by Australian Open 2007, "even my trainer was asking me what I was eating for breakfast".

But, after Dr. Moral was identified as the mastermind of Lance Armstrong's blood doping program in USADA's report earlier this year, we had this:

Russian website Sport Express last month quoted Safina as saying del Moral "has the only real clinic in Valencia where athletes can undergo tests before the beginning of the season and at the end. And we underwent the tests in this clinic. We ran on the treadmill, they took blood samples from our ears, and so on... Del Moral gave us no advice whatsoever and did not handle our cases."

Maybe the first report was inaccurate, but as it's written, the description would seem to justify some further questions...

He was also a good doctor, not just a drug dealer

Errani said del Moral was the best doctor for everything while her brother said she only saw him once for a cardiac exam.

Oups.

I do remember Errani saying that he was a super awesome doctor and all of that, but I don't remember her brother saying that she only went for a cardiac exam

Q. So now that the ITF have sort of warned players against working with him, will you not see him again?

SARA ERRANI: I speak with the ITF and they didn't tell me that I cannot go anymore to him. They told me that I can go if I want, but of course I'm not interested in to keep working with one person that is involved in these things. Of course maybe I will not work anymore with him. He was the best doctor in Valencia for everything, so I have been working with him of course. But now his name is not good name, so I don't want to sporcare (dirty) my name for his name. So I think I will not working anymore with him.

But she certainly didn't attribute her French Open success to García del Moral. In fact, her brother Davide Errani said that besides a routine cardiac exam, she had never been treated by García del Moral. He added that she had earned her success through perseverance and hard work.

Hantuchova was never mentionned.
Kirilenko, AMG, Ferrer, the Safins and Andreev were.
