Yanina: Had a pretty strong start of the season this year, so she needs to defend lots of points till the clay season if I remember well. Maybe a little drop in the ranks in the beginning, but I guess she will finish the year inside the top-20. If you see how close she was this year after her poor results after Stanford...Easy task ;)
Flipkens: If she stays healthy she could be top-30! Really hope so, cuz she can!
Van Uytvanck: She needs to shine in other tournaments then Brussels alone :) Had ok results this year, but should be closing in on top-100 this year by playing the bigger tournies.
Hendler: If not retired, win a $25K (not Lagos) and end top-250/200.
Mestach: Had a good year ending, hope she finds her best tennis in 2013, and finish inside top-150. (maybe too optimistic)
Bonaventure: Play on consistent level. Top-300?
Benoit: Euh, don't know much about her, but did finish the year on a high. Should win some $10K again and have some good results in $25K. Top-500.

Yanina: almost reached top ten a couple of years ago but then it all went sorta downhill. Now just broke with her coach again. Get your act together girl! I see her ending 2013 around number 40, possibly as Belgian #2.
Kirsten: not much to defend at the beginning of 2013 and guaranteed main draw entries in WTA tournaments now, so she should climb further. I think she's capable of beating quite a few of the girls ranked higher than her, since they're all not used to her slices. Should break top 30 somewhere in 2013.
Alison: so much will depend on her schedule. Can crash out in a second round of a $10k and reach a Premier QF the week after. Of course it's unlikely she'll defend all those points from Brussels (although we all thought the same last year...) but if she's healthy, she should reach top 150.
Tamaryn: will confirm her retirement somewhere in 2013.
An-Sophie: if she stays healthy (please do so for once!) she should reach top 150, and battle with Alison for the Belgian #3.
Ysaline: she did very well in the $10k's last summer, but didn't do much on a higher level. I think she'll rise a bit further but don't see her getting into top 300.
Marie: the surprise of the year-end  Should easily reach top 500.

Goals:

Yanina Wickmayer (23): end top 20. Make top 15 at some point. Make a GS QF. Win a couple of tournaments.
Kirsten Flipkens (54): make top 40 at some point. End top 70.
Alison Van Uytvanck (199): ensure herself a GS MD spot at the AO 2014 by getting close to top 100. Qualify for WTA main draws or a slam.
Tamaryn Hendler (329): not sure she'll be playing. Back to top 200 or nothing.
An-Sophie Mestach (363): she already has top 200 level. Make top 150.
Ysaline Bonaventure (418): make top 300 at least, a few deep runs in 25Ks.
Marie Benoit (745): make top 400, win other 10Ks and a couple of rounds in 25Ks.

Yanina Wickmayer (23)

Alison Van Uytvanck (199)
Haar doel is volgend jaar in top-150 terecht te komen, realistische doel lijkt me.

Yanina Wickmayer (23) I guess she will be at least in TOP20. Why not TOP15 but i don't see her in TOP10 this year.
Kirsten Flipkens (54) She can easily make the TOP50 and i think that the TOP30 is possible if she's playing like i saw at the end of the season.
Alison Van Uytvanck (199) wow she's finally TOP200  TOP150 is totally makeable but she's maybe still too inconsistent for the TOP100. Perhaps at the end of the year but it depends on her results, i think she can beat anyone between 50-200 when she's playing well.
Tamaryn Hendler (329) I don't really know what to think  She still has the potential to be 200 but i hope she still has the motivation.
An-Sophie Mestach (363) I'm pretty sure she'll make the TOP200. But i can see her in TOP100 at the end of the year if she can stay healthy.
Ysaline Bonaventure (418) With her aggressive game i think that she can be TOP300-200 at the end of the year.
Marie Benoit (745) She said she would only play pro tournaments from now so i think she can easily make the TOP500 or even more.

Yanina: Yanina's A-game is certainly worth top-20. For that she needs to be 100%, both physically and mentally. Unfortunately that wasn't the case last year and because she doesn't really have a B-game the difference between an in-form and out-form Yanina is huge. In the past I thought she should work on a B-game, but now I'm convinced she should just keep working on getting the details of her A-game better. She should win at least one tournament and get to the second week of 3/4 GS's.
Flipkens: She should definately keep going annoying all players with her slices, top-spins, drops... If she does that she can even beat top-players on a lesser day. I hope she can move on to top-32 so she is seeded at grand-slams. If she can repeat the end of 2012, 2013 will be very exciting!
Van Uytvanck: I hope for a break-through year for her. She has the game to get in the top-100, but I fear 2013 will be too early so I'm going to say top-150. I hope she stops playing 10K's and concentrates on higher ranked challengers. She should at least win one big challenger and make the second round of 2 WTA-tournaments.
Hendler: Still young so I hope she finally learns, but I don't think she realises what opportunities and what a great life she has and can have in the future. I have the feeling she's just not tough enough on herself and is not even getting 25% out of her game. Her goal should be top-200, but I fear she will take the easy route and will just stop all together.
Mestach: see Alison. If no physical worries, she can take her game some steps further again.
Bonaventure: Playing 10K's should be getting an exception. Start beging consistent in 25K's. Win some 25K and start playing the higher challengers if all goes well. Top-250.
Benoit: No idea! Keep building on the last part of 2012. Win some 10K's to get the ranking higher in the first part of the season. Start playing 25K's and win one of them. Top-350.

I hope for a breakthrough (top750) for at least 1, maybe 2 youngsters/new players so we will have some interesting names for 2014! And I hope Irina Khromachava will ask Belgian nationality so she can be included in next year's list :-)

Marie in Sharm El Sheik and Kimberley in Antalya
I don't understand, all decent results from Kimberley are on hard and she would be in main draw in Egypt

I would make their goals as... To me if they avoid injuries and distractions the below is possible

Wickmayer - top 20. Win an international tournament and play tournament at end of year for international winners. 2 x GS 4th rounds. Two top 10 wins.

Flipkens - top 30. Win another international event. Make 2 x gs 3rd rounds. Make two or three semi finals.

Mestach - top 120. Be playing GS qualies, make GS debut in New York as a qualifier. Win a $50k or $75k event. Play qualies at about 4 wta events making main draw.

Van Uyt vanck - top 150. With her scheduling (which must be due to finacial control) and Brussels points I think it will be hard to go higher. Play GS quallies at next 3 slams and make GS debut. Win a $50k. Play quallies at about 4 wta events.

De Sutter - top 500

benoit - top 400

Boneventure - top 320.

Zimmerman & Mertens - get a wta ranking

Lemmens - focus on doubles and obtain wta ranking. I think this girl could be a star in doubles. Has amazing hands and feel around net.

I don't think Alison in Glasgow is surprising. There are really only $10k events to play near Belgium that week. I hope she plays $25k France week after (21st). Alison never travels Far from Belgium.

I love Mestach's schedule, travelling to US for $25ks is a big call to the start the season. Means business!

No she's not playing the AO, I guess it's too far and too expensive for now.

Yanina Wickmayer (23): A lot will depend on her mentality. If she keeps switching back and forth between coaches and game plans, her ranking is most likely to drop further. If she does find the strength and determination to stick with one coach who can work on her A-game then she should reach top-20 again.
For 2013 to be a good year she'd have to win 1 or 2 WTA titles and reach R4 or better at at least two slams.

Kirsten Flipkens (54): The surprise from last season, a phoenix rising from the ashes. I truly hope she can carry her good form from last year to this year. If she manages to do so then there's no reason why she can't reach top-30.
2013 goals: top-30, win a tournament, reach at least 1 R4 or QF at a slam (preferably Wimbledon).

Alison Van Uytvanck (199): This girl has a different game than most of her peers and it also shows in her results. One week she's losing in a 10k, the next week she's beating good players in a 50k. She needs to work on consistency and needs to monitor her scheduling better. There's more in a year than WTA Brussels...
2013 should see her rise to top-120, IF she makes smarter decisions regarding her schedule. Should qualify for at least 1 slam (RG?). Ultimate goal should be direct entry in AO 2014 main draw.

Tamaryn Hendler (329): Ummm... Her last match was a hard-fought Q1 loss at the US Open back in August so I'm guessing she's retired. Could've reached top-50 with a better attitude. Ah well, we'll never know of course.

An-Sophie Mestach (363): It's hard to have an opinion about An-Sophie because I've never really seen her play a singles match. If she stays injury-free she might reach top-150 but that's a big IF.
Goals for 2013: get consistent results in big ITF's and sneak into some qualifying draws of WTA tournaments. Play qualifying at US Open. Year-end ranking should be between 120 and 175.

To help out, I made a comparison between the ranks end 2012 and now:

Flipkens: 54 - 20
Wickmayer: 23 - 51
Van Uytvanck: 199 -112
Mestdagh: 360 - 144

Benoit: 687 - 453
Liebens: no rank - 503
Mertens: no rank - 592
Boev: 979 - 616
Boeykens: 539 - 834

I think I made a fairly good analysis ;)
It's obvious that Yanina had a bad year for her usual standards and Kirsten exceeded everyone's expectations, including her own! Alison & Ann-Sophie are pretty much where they should be: knocking on the door of the top-100. A few good showings at WTA or GS level should give them a solid place in the top-100 next year!
