So unfair the Williams are not seeded for the Doubles when Kerber/Lisicki are seeded:mad: They are only the defending champions are Wimbledon! Why are Federer and Djokovic seeded and not V and Serena!

I believe it is more unfair for the rest of teams. Arguably best team of the year Errani/Vinci could meet them in 1st round :hysteric:

They don't care at all. Bad for others.

They don't need to be, simply.

I sure the other teams (especially the top tiers)share your view. Can you imagine meeting them in the 1st or 2nd round.

Venus' ranking is too low.

They are in Kerber/Lisicki section so it was most "fair" draw for strongest teams.

It's slightly unfair to them, but it is way more unfair for Errani/Vinci who may lose out on a medal chance because of it.

It won't really matter unless they get screwed by the weather/schedule...which kind of happened at Wimbledon and they still came through.

I do agree that it's unfair to the other teams though. On one hand they stand a better chance of taking the sisters out in the earlier rounds because they are almost unstoppable in the latter stages of the competition but the teams themselves need to play their way into form on grass considering they have less experience on grass than the WS!

I don't think they care about seedings.
