Apparently Kaia's nickname is Kaisar, according to a Fed Cup interview, so maybe The Kaisar's Kingdom :lol:

Or maybe something more Estonian, related to Haapsalu???
Something Intrinsically Estonian, as Kaia is a very Estonian person. Much more than Anett
Or maybe even related to SKYPE

EDIT: Just googled the word it has tons of meanings :lol:
