All her big form started in this match - 2nd round of 2011 US Open where she beat Agnieszka Radwanska. This match gave her a lot of confidence which she took to SF of US Open and afterwards to 2012.

So, what do you think - where would she be now if she lost that match?

That match was a total pusher-fest:o
Angie has developed a lot since US Open-2011. Had she lost to Radwanska she wouldn't be TOP-10 by now but ranking has nothing to do with her game. So I guess she would be fine.

well,a mistake.
she beat U Radwanska, by 6-3/4-6/6-3,not A Radwanska

near top 40-50 i guess. She's not that good to be top 10 yet.
Agnieszka shall won this easy but choked it incredibly.

It was Agnieszka who def. Urszula in R1 and lost to Kerburger in R2

I don't think she has develop a lot since 2011. Yes, she developed her tennis, but still I think it's rather case of her confidence than her game. Because it was obvious she can play tennis even before US 2011...

I think she would't be in TOP40 without this SF (and I don't think about 900 points right now).

Pusher-fest?
Kerber had 43 winners and Radwanska 28

You can't play the what if game. Like, what if Clijsters had beaten Serena in the USO 99 3R and not the other way around?

Yes, elaborate speeches that try to spin the fact your ass got spanked three and love are soooooooo much more expected in a competitive environment.

The interesting question is. Where would Kerber be if she didn't lost most of her 1R games till Wimbledon 2011. I think 50 – 200.

Did you even watch it? Radwanska was totally outplayed in that match, Angie showed perfectly all weaknesses in her game.

I completely agree with you. There is a lot of improvement in the game she started playing recently.
