should have been 6-2 6-1 but almost blew it completely
good thing she broke to love to win or else they'd still be playing a 3rd set now

5 wins for Nastya and 3 of them been in events that will COUNT on her rank

AO, Madrid and now Rome

Seems like forever since she won comfortably, in two sets. Very refreshing  I think Rome suits her game pretty well though, at least from what we saw last year. Now she may not get double bagelled by Kvitty. :cheer:

Not too late to hope for a semi at Roland Garros

That's the way to go Nastya :cheer: I was kind of surprised at the score-line at first :rolls: but keep going. Petra next (?) should be a good match -- :worship:

:cheer: now take Petra out.

I hope she wont tire herself before RG, though. 2nd round last week, 2nd round this week... thats A LOT of tennis.

Back on track, finally?

not sure if beating pervak means being back on track for pavly, but well done to her anyway. :)

May 14th, 2012, 04:49 PM
A win. :D

May 14th, 2012, 05:04 PM
Nastya :yeah: :woohoo: :D
straight sets win  :D

May 14th, 2012, 05:21 PM
Don't get overexcited, she wasn't that good. Her serve is dreadful, but at least she got the win. Pervak is nothing special either, so the conditions were perfect for her to grab the win.

Nastia won:eek: And in straight sets too:)
