You'll definitely wanna stop by the Sydney Opera House. When I went, tickets weren't that expensive for front row seats to a ballet called Grand. So definitely swing by or check to see what's showing. I think they'll definitely have something you'll enjoy.

During the day, cross the city centre and stroll through the Botanical Gardens ending up at the Opera House (wouldn't go inside unless you like what's being played). After that go past the ferries along Circular Quay up to Harbour Bridge. It's not really worth it to go across the whole bridge, but you can take nice pics from halfway up there. Then go back down and make your way southwest to Darling Harbour, nice place to chill out for a bit. If you have time enough, Bondi Beach is always a fun experience. During the night, King's Cross might be your spot.
