This is a new one, yesterday I saw a lady begging for money while driving her car

She would drive up to someone in the shopping center parking lot and ask them for cash, when they said no, she would drive around until someone else got out of their car, then she would pull up and ask for money from her seat!

At least put some fucking legwork into it!

Perhaps she was afraid to leave her car for fear of it being keyed... ; )

Perhaps she had it on rental, obviously didnt send it back to the hire garage in time, and needed money to pay the on-the-spot per hourly fine.
