From tomorrow afternoon I am taking P.E. lessons at a school as part of my course for college. I have to produce 4 lesson plans for my lessons. There has to be one each on Fitness, Coaching, Tournament and Fun. I have my ideas for the Tournament and the Fun sessions but nothing for the Fitness and Coaching side of things. The group will be under 16

Has anyone any ideas for what I can do?

For future reference.

For fun do indoor rounders - get all the gym equipment out (wall bars, horses, ropes, mats, trampolines etc.) as bases, have a kid bowling with a sponge ball and instead of a bat the batter uses their hand.

Basically rounders with loads of bases and indoors if it rains.

Never fails to be fun.

Do some kind of course and make them run round and time themseles.

Its what i had to do for fitness. We a kind of obsticle course we ran around it as many times as we could in pairs one at a time then we tried to better it the next week.Quite fun but hard work!
