There's a thread for Wozz:zzz:zzniacki vs Simona Halep but not for a much more exciting match.

Last meeting was indoors in Luxembourg which Azarenka won in straights. Overall H2H is 2-1 in favor of Azarenka. Hopefully her foot is alright.

Azarenka in two sets for sure. I would be surprised if Julia win more than 7 games.

A title here would also mean Azarenka caps the 300 mark in career matches won if I'm not mistaken.

that one win from Goerges was a retirement where Azza won the first set isn't it?

That's because the result of this one is as NID as it gets (an Azarenka retirement notwithstanding)

Why is Azarenka playing this tournament?

This is the perfect opportunity for her to ride the wave of confidence to dare things she wouldn't otherwise on the forehand and the serve. Also, if she can win tournaments by losing less than 4 games per match why not?

If she is really injured, Vikaria should not go out on court.
