Vika told the press after her loss against Marion Bartoli in Key Biscayne (end of March) that "probably her next tournament is gonna be Madrid or something like that" (you quoted it here (http://www.tennisforum.com/showpost.php?p=21192468&postcount=20)). As P700 Stuttgart is still on her schedule (http://vikaazarenkatennis.com/?page_id=5) & none of her tweets indicates that she will withdraw (tenissboss would let us know), it might be a guess.
