Well since this probably will be Pierce Brosnan's last movie as bond i was wondering who you think should replace him? I don't want that brat Robbie Williams but what about Rowan Atkinson? Bond would atleast become funnier then ever (Big Grin)

Regis Philbin

I don't know him. George Bush is another option, he like weapons and seeing his face on tv almost makes me laugh too.

Or What About Osama Bin Laden?

Bond with a big beard and a diper looking thing on his head, why not?

Nov 16th, 2002, 05:07 PM
Actually I was Teasing! No One Would Pay To See That!

I just Saw Pierce On Larry King And The Way He Talked, There Would Likely Me More Bond With Him!

I Dare Say That Sean Connery Could Still Pull Bond Off, Though!

Nov 16th, 2002, 07:08 PM
Pierce Brosnan has hinted that he would like to do one more, so hopefully he will:)

Failing that, Vinnie Jones

Nov 16th, 2002, 07:44 PM
heh, Pierce is good..

Hmm, what about Jason Isaacs?

Nov 16th, 2002, 07:46 PM
Steve McFadden

Gonzo Hates Me!
Nov 16th, 2002, 07:47 PM
Heath Ledger!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nov 16th, 2002, 08:29 PM
Pierce Brosnan forever, I think after Piercer we´ll have to wait a long time to see another 007 movie

Nov 16th, 2002, 08:33 PM
IMO Perice will do one or two more, and then the Producers will pull some unknown actor with a british accent into the spotlight

Nov 16th, 2002, 08:34 PM
He's said he will defo do 1 more not so sure about 2 more though!

Bond or Bond's rival?

Anyway, I hope he will be killed soon (in Eastenders), how about by Dot Cotton. http://www.smilies.nl/rough/jess2.gif

Bond's rival maybe, with Bond being Ross Kemp

Dot Cotton with the headscarf in the B&B

Nov 16th, 2002, 09:30 PM
no Ross Kemp is not good enough for Steve. I'd rather prefer Adam Woodyatt(Ian Beale).

Nov 16th, 2002, 09:31 PM
lol, how about Jim Brannan?

Nov 16th, 2002, 09:32 PM
and have Pam St Clement (Pat Evans) as the Bond's girl, a spy whos has her earrings as secret weapons!!!

Nov 16th, 2002, 09:32 PM

Me... reasons why

1) Timothy Dalton is a former Bond and came from Belper.
2) I am British, keeping in line with how Bond's should be.
3) I have worn a tuxedo before
4) I could be the "Blonde Bond", a break from the norm.
5) I could change Bond's usual "Vodka and Martini, Shaken, not stirred" bar request to "Pint of Export please, fresh glass youth", with all bar scenes shot in The George and Dragon, Belper.
6) No flash cars for me, I can't drive! So to add extra excitement, all action scenes will be done with me on a mountain bike or an ATB. An expensive one mind... to get the sponsors in.

Heard Rumours Of A Possible Spinoff Involving What's Her Names Charcter.

Russel Crowe, he might be able to pull it off. He has the looks and talent and is about the right age.

Hey, what about Serena or Anna as the next Bond girl? As seen in previous Bond flicks, acting talent is not always necessary for the role. Serena could pull some Kung Fu or deadly karate chop moves on the bad guys. Anna could do like a bow and arrow move, she would look graceful, even when killing.

PIerce Brosnan is doing the next Bond movie...so for now its still Pierce, thank god! he is so damn sexy!

Nov 18th, 2002, 05:08 PM
Robbie Williams

Nov 18th, 2002, 05:39 PM
Jonny Lee Miller

Princess Fiona
Nov 18th, 2002, 05:45 PM
The actor who plays Evan in "The Secret Life of Us"

I would become a Bond diehard then!! *cough* :D

Nov 18th, 2002, 05:53 PM
Colin Firth!

Nov 18th, 2002, 05:55 PM
I think he'd make a perfect Bond!

Nov 18th, 2002, 05:57 PM
George Clooney...yum yum yum

Colin B
Nov 18th, 2002, 06:17 PM
Ozzy Osborne

Martian Mel
Nov 18th, 2002, 06:20 PM
Tom cruise! :hearts:

Nov 18th, 2002, 06:23 PM
Bond can only be played by a British actor, IMHO, eliminating quite a few choices here. The only one meeting with all the criteria is Colin Firth ;) :p

Nov 18th, 2002, 06:28 PM
What a brilliant demonstration!
(And yes, I do like to tease you sometimes...)

Nov 18th, 2002, 06:31 PM
The only reason why Colin Firth isnt already James Bond is cause he probably turned down the offer.

He's handsome, cool, fast as lightning and on top of it all he can actually act (unlike some James Bond wanabe's we've seen).

Nov 18th, 2002, 06:38 PM
and he's waaaaaay too old Maeike :p

Nov 18th, 2002, 06:40 PM
He is not and even if he would be, he doesnt look a day over 20.

Nov 18th, 2002, 06:42 PM
And Roger Moore was 45 when he first played Bond. Then there is Sean connery, who is about 70 and could very likely still pull off a Bond!

Per! We all know that Maeike has a thing for Older Men!

Nov 18th, 2002, 06:48 PM
yeah Bd, I think you still have a chance

Nov 18th, 2002, 06:49 PM
No, I don't! I'm not 50 yet!

Nov 18th, 2002, 07:10 PM
Brosnan is 49 isn't he?

Nov 18th, 2002, 07:14 PM
Brosnan is 50 or 51...and he is staying put as James Bond for at least one more movie after the current one

Nov 18th, 2002, 07:20 PM
Yeah, he has committed for one more!
Also, rumours have a spinoff of Halle Berrys character in the works or, at least, having Halle in the next movie!

Nov 18th, 2002, 07:23 PM
Pierce is defintley doing a 5th Bond, he says that he would also like to do a 6th:)
