Caroline and Anna's troubled life end their careers as tennis players

Caroline and Anna Smith are talented but their lives have been tainted by pain and loss. Once they had left their parents homes things were all right and they were still able to perform. But when their little sister was murdered in San Francisco it began to go downhill. Anna completely lost her tennis and forget to show up at tournaments and lost all the matches she attended. Caroline was still able to hang on in doubles but singles was a struggle and she was constantly on tears. but it wasn't long before she decided it was time she hung up her racket. I hope all of the other players wish them their best for there after tennis lives. We got a few words from Caroline as she announced it to the FWTT chairman.

"It's been very hard on us in the past month or so and we were both very close to our lovely, energetic little sister. It's been a lot to handle and tennis right now is not as interesting as it used to be to me now. Anna is currently struggling emotionally and is talking with a therapist and hopefully she will be back with us fully soon. I would like to thank the FWTT managers and the lovely players that I got to meet this year and I wish them all well. Someday maybe I will be able to come back to tennis but currently I have no plans too. Thank you."

P.S
Thanks for a really fun game :) -Max
