Harry Potter: Chamber of Secrets Thread

This is the thread for the movie!

I just bought tickets for Friday night! I'm so excited!!!!!!!

lucky :p i would've loved to have gone on friday but by the time i went to go get tickets it was sold out >_<

i think i'm going to wait about a week to go (if i can last that long) cuz i don't want little children to be screaming in my ears ^_^

i just wonder what changes (if any at all) there is going to be in the movie that weren't in the book (and vice versa)

OH i'm gonna have to wait a little longger i think .. maybe the'll play it in the Sneak tonight (preview of new movies)

I can hardly wait to watch it!
and I want the 5th book, but Mrs. Rowling is getting her 2nd child.

Not really, i hope spring 2003 but i think fall is more likely cos i heard Rowling was experiencing some writer's block cos of the fame and stuff. :sad:

believe it or not, i've never read one of them.

they're too long and i dont have the time.....the movies are amazing, however!

Hehe, now I'm going to make all of you jealous... I've seen the movie last Friday and I must say it is very good, although it does not manage to capture the magic of the books because the pace of the movie is so fast. Good points: the special effects are awesome and Kenneth Brannagh is simply fantastic. I also really loved Dobby.
One thing I should tell you all: apparently there is also a part after the credits, so it's better to stay until then, and not do as I did and leave during the credits... I'm still not over the fact that I missed it :sad:
But on the other had: it gives me an excuse to go and watch it again :)

@ ASV: you really should read the books, they're even better than the movies!
