We watch it on Oxygen later in the week (my lady's got our DVR all tied up on Monday nights, haha). I really enjoy the show because these kids can sing AND they know how to perform (something that cannot be said about other music competition shows). I like the group from Dartmouth but can easily see the all-girl group winning the whole thing.

Delilah has slipped crazily the past few weeks, they need to give Amy Lynn the mic again and let her shine.

To me Pentatonix is far and away the best group. Their latest was insane.

Who Delilah? They've been really struggling because they aren't letting Amy do the leads anymore to showcase they're range. It's hurting them tremendously.

I hope they let Amy sing tonight:unsure:

Yes!:worship: By far the best performance of last week. I'm curious to see how they'll do tonight for Hip Hop. I'm sure Urban Meth will get all the attention since they're the only group with a rapper

Pentatonix just KILLED it with Love Lockdown, really to me the only group to really shine so far.

Sad to see The Collective go, but they were the weakest of the night. They should have let Rachel Lampa sing lead more often and worked on their background vocals(Especially the guys), then they'd have probably stayed.
BLjEBl9R7XI

The YellowJackets were really good to me, but they were in a really tough group. Jamal's rhyme was rushed so it didn't flow like it should have. To me that last chord in the Sing Off battle against The Collective is what saved them in the competition.

Afro-Blue was a surprise to me. I personally didn't think that they did that well, but everyone else including the judges thinks otherwise. Maybe I expected a different spin on "Killing me Softly" from them. I guess I need to go back and watch it again to re-assess my critique.

Dartmouth Aires were really good to me. I just think that they have so much unique energy consistently flowing through each of their performances that it keeps them fresh and unpredictable.

Urban Method was in the bottom 2 of their group because it was a really tough group. Otherwise they did exceptionally well again. They do however, need to tighten up their vocals more and not lean on Mike all the time in order for them to be able to compete with the other groups that has the vocals on Lock (Pentatonix)

I actually think that Vocal Point should have been in the bottom 2 with The YellowJackets, although Vocal point has been really strong throughout this season thus far. This performance lacked the theme of Hip Hop and felt stripped of the genre completely. I think the judges leaned on past performances as well as a bit of sympathy in Ben losing his father.

Delilah made a strong comeback in their rendition of Lil'Wayne's "How to Love". A very ambitious move to let the percussionist lead off in Solo. Where I personally think they scored in was Ingrid's ad-libs and allowing Amy to finally lead. Letting Amy lead at least part of their performances adds a dynamical quality that heightens their sound the way it originally did from their first two performances IMO.

And last but never the least, Pentatonix. What can I say? This group out of Arlington, Texas has time and time again delivered in a way that propels A Capella in leaps and bounds, and gives this facet of musicality a defined face, much like Committed did in season 2. The difference, however, is that Pentatonix seems to elevate in growth, quality, creativity and confidence after every round. Definitely the performance of the night, two nights in-a-row for this group.

Overall I enjoyed this episode and the new "Sing Off" Element added in the end that exemplifies what the show is all about. A-

Haven't seen this week's show yet but, yep, I agree about Delilah. They've lost the magic of their strong start. That said, I can see them surviving to the stage when viewers vote and building momentum from there. They're good enough to win and I'm sure the producers would like a girl group (or at least some females) to get the record contract for a change.

Yep. It's in the final where we can call/text/e-mail our votes. My picks lost in the final for S1 and S2. Maybe the third time will be the charm. I'm rooting for the cats from Dartmouth.

Delilah should've gone home a couple weeks ago instead of North Shore, so it's not a major surprise they are going home this week. Urban Method really should've gone out a couple weeks ago, I didn't think they were that strong this week. Afro Blue was seriously week tonight, I didn't connect to Need You Now the same way the judges did, but maybe it's a you had to be there moment.

I think the big question at this point is, who's going to join the Dartmouth Aires & Pentatonix in the final 3. It would be a travesty of either of these two get voted out. At this point, I'd hope Afro Blue joined them, as I've never been keen on Urban Method, and Vocal Point is too similar to DA.

They couldn't have sent Delilah home over NorthShore because Delilah had two Stellar Performances in "Grenade" and "Whatayah Want From Me". Delilah helped set the tone, standard, and bar for the show. But I knew that they were going home because they were clearly the weakest out of these strong groups left

Afro-Blue, ummm....it was good and the harmonies were great, but the rap....not so much. I couldn't understand a word that she was saying.
