Lyrics for the chorus. :o "We found love in a hopeless place" x4? Or is it "homeless"? Anyway, could've done better than that.

I do like it apart from that though. :)

Why does Calvin Harris get featuring credit? I'm assuming he's the producer, but is nowhere to be heard on the song.

Because producing a song should get more credit than singing anyway.

Yeah, I don't really get what constitutes a feature and what doesn't, but it seems like the biggest name DJ's (Guetta, Harris, Kaskade, etc) seem to get the feature nod whenever they collaborate with other artists. I'm assuming it's just to add a higher profile to the track.

Anyway, I'm seriously underwhelmed with this right now, it reeks of album track to me. Hoping it'll be a grower.

I love when she sings, "It's the way I'm feeling, I just can't denyyyyy"

Probably did it to piss off Chris Brown for ripping off one of his songs :oh:

Cause his name sells, plus it will open her market for new audience.

That song sounds nothing like RiRi , but it's a nice change.
I'm not yet sure whether I like it or not:lol:

I dont know yet.
OGITW was instant gay love. This is only kinda sorta right now. Need to hear it in HQ with the headphones on.

I really love it! Her vocals on it are kinda eerie. Much better than OG where she just kinda screamed the chorus.

No doubt it will be a hit.

It feels like she's releasing singles every couple of days now.
And they keep getting worse.

OMG this song is the biggest joke I've ever heard :haha:.

The production is awesome, but I could have written better lyrics and I mean that very seriously. Repeating one line four times is not a chorus. What the fuck was she thinking :spit:? If this gets to number one music has reached an all time low :tape:. It would have been a hit with even half-decent lyrics :hah:.

Didn't Calvin have beef with BFF Katy too?

Also, repeating the first verse as the song's bridge does not qualify as songwriting .

Lyrics aren't important in this genre

She annoys me with her new single out every week.

I see what she was attempting, but this is  fail.

No punch in the melody, and "we found love in a hopeless place" isn't exactly moving.

Only Girl was the shit. This is shit.

It's all about the beat.
It's been on constant repeat for me personally. But if I stop, I can barely remember any of the words except the We Found Love in a Hopeless place and something to do with Yellow Diamonds

Should go to number one easily, she is VERY consistent.

It's amazing and sounded so good in the club last night. Love the instrumental more than anything. Calvin Harris is a great producer.

How many singles off this album so far? I haven't even really heard the "cheers drink to that" or whatever it's called.

Love Rihanna, but i just can't get into this mess of a song. Also I agree, her era's are too rushed with too many singles. Slow down girl, take a break and then come back.

I understand why she rushed "Loud" as "Rated R" had basically been a flop although she had some momentum from "Rude Boy" getting number one at that point. But now that she's successful why not take a break :help:? The album drops while she's on tour for the previous one .

What a boring mess of a song. Might just pass as a filler album track, but as lead single it simply doesn't cut the mustard. Hope it flops to teach RiRi a lesson that she can't get away with releasing any old lazy rubbish but of course it will be a decent sized hit.

ikr :sobbing: She churns out albums and singles faster than anyone else can these days. :tears:

I like the song though!

her work pace is scary. but then, since she's not really involved in her records and only has to show up in the studio to lay down her vocals - which takes presumably about 2 days - it's not really astonishing.

calvin harris is such a singer-songwriter name ;)

The video clip reminds me of teenagers trying to be too cool. But then again it makes me happy because it reminds me of when I was younger
